What’s In The Box?
What's I The Box?

A: MagSafe Compatible Wireless Power Bank
B: USB-C Charging Cable

How To Set Up And Charge Your MagSafe Compatible Wireless Power Bank

  1. Carefully remove the power bank and the USB-C cable from the packaging. The power bank will arrive partly charged. It will need to be fully charged to deliver optimal charging capacity for your devices.
  2. Plug one end of a USB-C cable into the power bank, and the other end into a power adaptor that can deliver at least 20W of power for optimal performance. If you’re not sure about your adaptor’s power rating, please refer to its documentation or consult the manufacturer.
  3. Plug the power adaptor into an electrical outlet. 4. The far-left LED will turn green to indicate-it’s fast charging Please refer to the LED-guide in this booklet for more information on LEDs.
  4. Once the power bank is fully charged, all white LEDs will be on. You can now disconnect it from the cable and power adaptor to begin using it.

Charging Your Device Via The USB-C Connector

  1.  Connect the power bank to your device via the USB-C connector.
  2. The white LEDs keep you informed of the power bank’s capacity- they will fade as the battery charge decreases. Once the far-right LED flashes, your battery pack is almost out of charge.
  3. When all LEDs turn off, remove your device and connect the power bank to a power supply until it’s fully charged.

Understanding the LED Lights On Your MagSafe Compatible Wireless Power Bank

  • The four white LEDs will show the battery status. When the power bank is charging from a power supply, the far-left LED will flash. Once the battery pack is fully charged, the four white and one green LEDs will be lit.
  • The far-left LED will turn green when fast charging (9V or above), during re-charging of the battery and charging a device via USB-C.
  • The far-left LED will turn orange while wirelessly charging another device.
  • The far-left LED will flash orange if the power bank detects a foreign object. Remove any foreign objects from the device to resume charging.

All LEDs will flash five times if the power bank detects any of the following issues:

  • Over-heat detection
  • Over-current detection
  • Short-circuit detection

Important Points:

  • If you’re using an accessory with your phone case, for example a Mous Card Wallet, please remove it as it may affect the charge performance.
  • The magnetic array design ensures that you’ll receive a well optimised charge every time. Ensure the magnets snap to position, otherwise your mobile device may not charge properly.
  • For best charging performance, we recommend you use a 20W power delivery wall adaptor.
  • For best results, use with a MagSafe compatible phone or phone case.
  • If you are not using a MagSafe compatible phone or phone case, you won’t be able to achieve proper alignment – you will need to ensure your phone is as central as possible to get the most efficient charge.
