Paper Roll Installation

1. Slide down the Open-Cover Button to compartment cover
2. Remove the left disk and insert the label roll (with the printing side facing down) Insert the left disk and push it to the right.
3. Take out the paper holder inside the open the paper compartment
4.  After the label holder is complete, insert the holder into the paper compartment.
5. Pull out around 15 mm of paper and close the paper compartment cover.
6. Hold the Power Button for 3 seconds.
7.  Press the Eject Button once to detect . and reposition the label paper.
8. The label paper is repositioned once it comes out.

NOTE: On your first use or after you have replaced the label paper, the printer automatically ejects paper to reposition the label paper. This helps avoid printing errors (incomplete print, non-centered content, etc.).

App Download Method

NOTE

• You need to connect the printer through the Print Master app.
• In compliance with Google’s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth.

Method I : Use your phone to scan the QR code to install the App
Method II : Search for “Print Master” in the app store on your phone to download the App.

Connecting the Printer

1.  Turn on GPS.(Location Services)
2.  Open Print Master (Android phones only)
3. Tap the button to search for your device.
4. Press “Start using”

NOTE

• This product needs to be connected to the printer in the App after the Bluetooth is turned on.
• According to the official requirements of Google, Android mobile phones need to open the GPS permission before they can use the Bluetooth function.
• When connecting the App, please make sure that the printer is turned on and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.

Identifying the Label Size
The App is required to set the label size or template before printing, Please follow the instructions to download it.
