Product Usage Instructions

Getting Started

Power On / Off:
To power on, press the button once. To power off, quickly press the button twice, then press and hold for three seconds.

• Power on： Press the button to power on.
• Power off: Quickly press the button twice,then press and hold the button for three second to power off.

Check For Updates:
Ensure you have the latest iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version for Apple Find My app functionality. To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.

Add Your Lenncare Locator

• Start The App:
  Open the Find My app on your supported iPhone.

• Connect Your Lenncare Locator:
  Press the function button once to power on your Lenncare Locator. Tap+, then “Add Other ltem” . Once your Lenncare Locator is located, tap “Connect” Enter a name choose an emoji for your Lenncare Locator and tap “Continue”. Find My will ask for confirmation to add your Lenncare Locator to your Apple ID Tap “Agree” Tap “Finish” and your Lenncare Locator will be set up and ready to be used.

Locate Your Lenncare Locator

Find Nearby:
Open Find My app, select the Items tab, tap on your Lenncare Locator, and then tap Play Sound to locate it audibly. Open the Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find Items app on your Apple Watch. Tap on your Lenncare Locator from the list. Tap “Play Sound” to make your Lenncare Locator beep. Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the beeps once you find them.

Find Location:
Open Find My app, select the Items tab, and tap on your Lenncare Locator to view its location on the map and get directions. Open the Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch. Tap on your Lenncare Locator from the list. Your Lenncare Locator’s location will appear on the Map with a timestamp of when the item was located. To navigate to the Lenncare Locator’s location, tap “Directions” to open Apple Maps .

Notifications

Notify When Left Behind:
Enable this feature to receive notifications when your Lenncare Locator is left behind. Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find the ltems app on your Apple Watch. Tap on your Lenncare Locator from the list. Under “Notifications” enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle. You will receive a notification when you leave your Lenncare Locator is behind and it’s no longer in range of your device.

Notify When Found:
Activate this feature to get notifications when another device in the Find My network detects your lost Lenncare Locator. Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Found” toggle. When your Lenncare Locator is seen by another Find My network device, you will receive a notification of its location.

Note: ” Notify When Found” can only be activated when your Lenncare Locator is out of range.

When Your Lenncare Locator Is Lost

Enabling Lost Mode:
Instructions for enabling Lost Mode are not provided in the manual extract. Open the Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch. Tap on your Lenncare Locator from the list. Under “Lost Mode” tap “Enable” A screen detailing Lost Mode will pop up, tap “Continue” Enter your phone number or email address and tap “Next”. You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item. Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode”

Note: When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” is automatically enabled.

Note: When” Lost Mode” is enabled, your Lenncare locator is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

Resetting Lenncare Locator

Remove From Find My App:
In Find My app, select the Items tab, tap your Lenncare Locator, ensure Lost Mode is disabled, and then tap Remove Item to unpair. Open the Find My app and select the “Items” tab. Tap on your Lenncare Locator from the list. please ensure “Lost Mode” is disabled. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Remove ltem”. A summary will open, tap “Remove” to confirm.

Factory Reset:
To reset, press the button four times quickly, then press and hold for three seconds. The device will be ready to pair with a new Apple ID.
Reset: Quickly press the button fourth, then press and hold the button for three seconds to reset. The Lenncare Locator is now reset and ready to be paired with a new Apple ID.

Extras

Unwanted tracking:
If any Find My network accessories separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you’ll be notified in one of two ways:

1. lf you have an iPhone, or iPad, Find My will send a notification to your Apple device. This feature is available on iOS or iPadOS 14.5 or later.
2. lf you don’t have an ios device or a smartphone, a Find My network accessory that isn’t with its owner for some time will emit a sound when it’s moved. These features were created specifically to discourage people from trying to track you without your knowledge.
