The First Pairing (Power On)
Step 1: To switch on the earbuds, just pull them out from(inside) the charging case. With the auto power feature, the earbuds automatically switch on every time you take them out of the case.
Step 2: After powering on they go into connectivity mode to pair with
your smartphone/tablet via Bluetooth.
This action is indicated by LED lights that begin to flash.
Connectivity Mode
Step 1: Turn on bluetooth on your smartphone/tablet.
Step 2: In the device, search menu look for “Harmonics Twins s10~
Step 3: Tap and connect for the voice prompt to confirm the ·connected”
status.
Note: The pairing mode is active for a time period of 5 mins, if not paired in that time the earbuds will switch off.
Touch Features Explained
Single Tap L/R earbud to:
- Pick/End calls
- Play/Pause music/video playback.
Double Tap R earbud to:
To jump to the next song/video
Double Tap L earbud to:
To jump to the previous song/video
Launch the voice assistant:
Press R/L earbud for 3 seconds
Long press:
Call Reject
Bass mode/ Music mode
Left eaarbud triple tap
Gaming mode on/off
Right earbud trible tap
Charge The Earbuds
Step 1: Place the earbuds back inside the charging case in the correct orientation.
Step 2: When the case lid gets closed, the case LED light indicates that the earbuds are being charged
Step 3: When the earbuds are fully charged, the charging case automatically switches off to save power, and the case LED stays off (even when opened and then closed again)
Note:
- Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Also, please keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.
- When the battery is 20% or lower, the LED blinks once every 30 seconds to indicate the same.
Charge The Case
Step: To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a wall adapter/powerbank, etc.
Voice Assistant
Step 1: Long press R/L earbud for 3 secs to activate the smartphone’s voice assistant
Step 2: The respective voice assistant screen pops up and you may place
your commands at your convenience.

NOTE: If you’re unable to access/trigger the voice assistant, you need to manually enable voice assistant in your smartphone’s settings.
Switching Off The Earbuds
Step 1: Please remove both earbuds from your ears after usage.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in the correct positioning and close the lid.
The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode).
Manual Power OFF
Step 1: Long press both(L-R) earbuds for 5 seconds and wait for the voice prompt “Power off”.
Step 2: Place the earbuds back in the charging case.
How To Reset The Earbuds
Step 1: Place earbuds back inside the case.
Step 2: Unpair the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth.
Step 3: Delete the pairing from Bluetooth settings
Step 4: Now, in connectivity mode tap both earbuds for 5 seconds.
Step 5: Insert them in case and pair again.
Troubleshooting

Warning
- Please follow the instructions to operate
- Please don’t use the ear-buds in extreme temperatures
- Please don’t use the product near water
- Please keep the product away from heat sources, as the heat may damage it
- Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LED port, etc.
- It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the earbuds’ service life
- The earbuds start at 50% volume and it may need to be reduced when the earbuds are switched on at first. This can be done by using the phone/media device.
