Product Usage Instructions

Function Description of Watch Keys
The watch has an upper button, a lower button, and a digital crown with various functions:

• Short press: Brighten the screen, enter menu, return
• Double-click: Switch the menu style in the function menu interface
• Press and hold: Power on/off, restart, scroll menus
• Rotate: Switch functional components or scroll function menu

Case Removal and Installation

Removal:

1. Hold the watch with both hands.
2. Apply pressure to disassemble the watch from the frame.

Installation

1. Align the screen and buttons of the watch body with the frame.
2. Apply pressure to install the watch into the frame.

Charge and Activate the Watch
Align the magnetic charging cable with the metal contact of the charging port. Charge with a 5V 1A power input. Do not use a higher voltage adapter for charging. The back shell and battery are not removable.

App Download
Download the KUMIWear app from your mobile app store or scan the provided QR code to install.

Watch Connection – Binding App

1. Ensure the watch is not bound to other mobile phones.
2. Open the app and follow one of the methods to bind the watch:
   • Method 1: Add Device > Start Search > Select GW5 Pro
   • Method 2: Scan QR code on watch or in Settings interface

• Q: Is the KUMI GW7 Smart Watch waterproof?
  A: The KUMI GW7 Smart Watch is IP67 rated, which means it is splash-proof but not suitable for swimming or diving.

OPERATING GUIDE

Thank you for choosing KUMI smartwatch. This manual will give you a complete understanding of how to use the equipment. This device is mainly connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth function, providing a variety of practical functions and services to facilitate your operation of the mobile phone, and has developed many functions for human sports and health.
This equipment is not a medical device, and the measurement data and results are only for reference, not for diagnosis and treatment.
Due to the continuous improvement, optimization and upgrade of the product, the actual operation may be slightly different from the description in this manual. Please refer to the actual operation.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION OF WATCH KEYS

Digital crown:

1. Short press: Bright the screen/enter menu/return
2. Double-click: Switch the menu style in the function menu interface
3. Press and hold:
4. Press and hold the power on in the shutdown state.
5. Long press the dial interface to shut down or restart.
6. Rotate:
7. Dial interface: switch functional components.
8. Menu interface: scroll function menu.

Lower button:
Slide up the dial interface to enter the control center, click the icon to enter the “Settings” interface, and customize the click function in the “Down key setting”.

CASE REMOVAL AND INSTALL

Removal:

1. Hold the watch with both hands, with your thumbs on the edge of the screen and the watch lugs against the inner joints of your index fingers;
2. The left index finger against the lugs of the watch, the left thumb toward the edge of the screen slightly hard downward pressure;
3. Remove the watch body from the frame to complete disassembly.

Install:

1. The screen of the watch body faces the bottom of the frame;
2. The buttons of the watch body are aligned with the button holes of the watch frame;
3. both hands index finger bend and press the bottom of the watch body, thumb press the watch frame, slightly force the watch body to press into the watch frame to complete the installation.

CHARGE AND ACTIVATE THE WATCH

Align the magnetic charging cable with the metal contact of thecharging port until the charging instruction appears on the watchscreen. When the watch indicates that the battery is low, pleasecharge it in time
The charging power input of the watch is 5V 1A, do not use a poweradapter higher than 5V for charging The device is an all-in-one machine, and the back shell and batteryare not removable

APP DOWNLOAD
Enter the mobile APP store and search for “KUMIWear” or scan the QR code below, follow the prompts to download and install

WATCH CONNECTION BINDING APP

1. APP binding:
   Before binding the watch, make sure that the watch is not bound to other mobile phones. If so, please unbind the watch first

   • Method 1: Open APP> Device> Add Device>Start Search> Select “GW5 Pro”
   • Method 2: Click the code scanning function in the upper right corner of the APP search device page to scan the QR code of the initialization interface on the watch, or slide down the dial interface, open the “Settings” interface in the control center, and enter the QR code page to complete the code scanning binding

2. Call audio & Media audio:

   • Slide up on the dial interface, click the icon in the control center to open the “Call Audio and Media Audio” interface
   • Call audio: Used to answer and make calls (enabled by default after the watch is bound to the APP)
   • Media Audio: Used to play music and video sounds on the phone

FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Heart rate
After wearing the watch correctly, enter the “Heart Rate” app in the watch app list, and then automatically measure the heart rate after entering the app. Slide up the application interface to view the current heart rate, resting heart rate and exercise heart rate history.
Resting heart rate: The number of heartbeats per minute in a quiet state of wakefulness and inactivity. A healthy adult’s resting heart rate of 60-100 beats per minute is normal;
Exercise heart rate: the human body in the exercise process to maintain the state of the heart rate, for ordinary exercisers, 60% to 85% of the maximum heart rate is appropriate and effective range of exercise heart rate, the international general 220 minus the age of the value obtained for the maximum heart rate.

Breathe
Within the APP, you can set the frequency and duration of the breathing exercise and the strength of the watch vibration when alerted to a status change. After clicking start, follow the icon in the breathing training to zoom in and inhale, zoom out and exhale.

Blood Oxygen
After wearing the watch correctly, enter the “Blood Oxygen” app in the watch apps list, manually click on the measurement, and finish the measurement after the countdown.

• The oxygen saturation of normal human arterial blood is 98%, venous blood is 75%, and it is generally recognized that the saturation should normally be not less than 94%.

Pressure
After wearing the watch correctly, go to the “Pressure” app in the watch apps list to check your personal stress status.

Activity record
After wearing the watch correctly, open the “Activity Record” app in the watch app list to display the number of times, hours and steps of the day’s exercise, and you can also change the exercise goal.

Sport
After wearing the watch correctly, enter the “Sport” app in the watch app list, select the corresponding sports to start recording sports, you can also customize the exercise duration or calorie consumption target in the setting interface below the corresponding sports icon.

Sleep
After wearing the watch correctly, enter the “Sleep” app in the watch app the next day to see the sleep status of the previous night.
Weather
Connect APP to synchronize real-time weather display on watch.
Voice assistant
After the audio Bluetooth connection is successful, click the voice assistant icon in the function list to wake up the phone voice assistant, according to the prompts to enter the voice command can be.
Calendar
View the details of the day’s date, and click on the calendar screen to view the Chinese Lunar Calendar.
MET
Metablic equivalent (MET) is an important indicator of relative energy metabolism levels and exercise intensity, and can be interpreted as the level of energy consumption in a given activity state relative to the resting metabolic state.

Alarm
You can set the alarm time, reminder period and delayed reminder, and you can set up to 5 alarms.
Call
You can view your contacts and watch call history, and use the dialing function to finish making calls on the watch side.
Alipay
Scan the code of Alipay APP and click “Agree and Bind” to complete the binding; you can add the Alipay function in the customized components in the left slide of the dial interface.
*Alipay function is only supported when the watch is in Chinese language.

Slide left on the screen to exit the stopwatch function

Timer

In the timer function, the system has preset the commonly used time duration, users can click the corresponding time duration to fast time, also can click the customized button to set the time.

• Click on any duration to start the timer.
• Click the pause button to pause the timer.
• Click the reset button to reset to zero.

Find phone
After the watch and APP are connected, click Find Phone in the app list, the cell phone will ring and the watch will display Find Success; if the watch is not connected to the APP, the watch will indicate that it is not connected.

App store
Provide the watch with more interesting and practical application functions to download and install.
BMI
After the watch and APP are connected, the user’s weight information is synchronized and managed through the APP.

Business card
Save the QR code of QQ, WeChat, WhatsAPP, Twitter and other social apps to your watch via mobile APP, and click the corresponding icon to show the corresponding QR code of the account to add friends.
EBook
After the watch and APP are connected, the user’s e-books can be synchronized and managed through APP, and e-books can be read anytime and anywhere through the watch.
Music
After the watch and APP are connected, the local music of the phone will be synchronized to the watch through APP, and the music can be played on the watch side.
Record
Enter the “Record” app in the watch app list, manually tap to start recording, the recording file can show the recording time and duration.

Wallet
Save the payment codes of third-party payment tools such as QQ, WeChat, Alipay and Paypal to your watch via cell phone APP, and click the corresponding icon to show the corresponding code to collect money.
Setting
Inform, General, Do not disturb mode, Display and light screen, Customize, Sound, Password, Battery, Charging clock, Down Key Setting.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The watch does not turn on

1. Check whether the power is sufficient, use the charging cable to charge the watch, and the charging voltage shall not be higher than 5V;
2. Check whether the watch screen is damaged by external forces, such as accidental drop;
3. Check whether the watch has water, damp caused by internal circuit short circuit can not be turned on.

Bluetooth not connected or unable to connect

1. Slide down the dial interface to enter the control center, and check whether the icon is red and not connected;
2. Check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is enabled normally and whether the APP has obtained the location location permission;
3. Try restarting the device or performing a factory reset.

Why Android phones are easy to disconnect
APP must be running in the background, Bluetooth will not be automatically disconnected, but the Android phone system memory management will force the APP to close, we need to manually close the phone system power saving mode or add the APP to the system management green background, APP will not be forced to close, specific settings please refer to the phone manual or consult the official customer service.
