Quick Start Guide

Dual-mode wireless backlit game headset

Microphone Plug and Unplug Diagram

  1. Marking line

1. Plug method: align and insert the long pole microphone marking line with the ear shell microphone socket marking line, and twist it 90 degrees clockwise to fix it.
2. Unplug method: Rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise, align the long pole microphone marking line with the ear shell microphone socket marking line and then pull out.

(1) Charging port: Type-C charging port

(2) Headphone indicator

  1. Waiting for pairing: the blue light flashes quickly
  2. The pairing is successful: the blue light flashes slowly
  3. Low battery warning: red light flashes for 30 seconds/3 times
  4. Charging indication: red light is always on
  5. Charging completed: the red light is off

(3) Power button

  1. ON/OFF: keep press for 5 seconds
  2. Answer/hang up: click the power button
  3. Reject an incoming call: press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
  4. Clear the Bluetooth pairing information: in the off state, press and hold the power button (do not let go) until about 10 seconds after the power is turned on, the “dong dong dong” prompt sound, the clearing is successful

(4) On/OFF
Microphone Switch

  1. Microphone on: “ON” to enable recording
  2. Microphone off: “OFF” to turn off the recording

(5) LED switch

  1. LED light on: “ ” LED light on
  2. LED light off: “ ” LED light off

(6) Volume up or down

  1. Volume up: volume “+” button to increase volume
  2. Volume down: volume”-” button to reduce volume

(7) Mode switch

  1. Bluetooth Mode: “ ” Bluetooth Mode
  2. Dongle Mode: “ ” Dongle Mode

(8) Dongle indicator

  1. Waiting for pairing: the blue light flashes slowly
  2. The connection is successful: the blue light is always on
  3. Back connection status: blue light flashes quickly
Pair and connect

Dongle mode pairing:

  1. Pull the headset to the Dongler mode, press and hold the power key for 5 seconds to power on, with the prompt “Dongle mode”
  2. The Dongle is inserted into PC USB with the blue light flashing, and automatically connected, with the prompt “connected”

Bluetooth mode pairing

  1. Pull the headset to the Bluetooth mode, press and hold the power key for 5 seconds to power on, with the prompt “Bluetooth mode”
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth device, search for “”Rapoo VH800″” for connection, with the prompt “connected”.

The headset is not connected to any device: the headset is not connected to any device, and automatically powered off within 10 minutes.”
After the headset is the indicator will flash slowly for 10 seconds.

Buttons and Operating Instructions

Power-on: Press and hold the power key for 5 seconds to turn on
Power-off: Press and hold the power key for 5 seconds to turn off

Mode switching: Pull the mode key to enable the switching between “ ” Bluetooth mode and “ ” Dongle mode.

Operating instructions:
Dongle mode:
Volume plus or minus: Turn the volume switch to add or minus the volume
Microphone switch: Pull the long-rod microphone mute switch to turn on or off
Light switch: Pull the color rendering light switch to turn on or off

Bluetooth mode:
Pause/Play: Click the power key (in music AAP mode on)
Answer the phone: Click the power key
Hang up the call/disconnect: Press and hold the power key for 3 seconds to hang up/disconnect.
Volume plus or minus: Turn the volume switch to add or minus the volume
Microphone switch: Pull the long-rod microphone mute switch to turn on or off the microphone
Light switch: Pull the color rendering light switch to turn on or off

Clear the Bluetooth pairing information: When the headset is powered off, Press and hold the power key until about 10 seconds after power-on, with the “click click” prompt tone, then the Bluetooth pairing information will be cleared successfully.

Indicator

Power-on: Blue indicator flashes quickly
Power-off: Blue indicator goes out
Dongle mode pairing succeeded: Dongle blue indicator stays on, headset indicator flashes slowly for 10 seconds
Bluetooth mode pairing succeeded: Headset indicator flashes slowly for 10 seconds

Headset charging: The headset is automatically off, and the red indicator stays on
Headset fully charged: The red indicator goes out

Low battery state: The red indicator flashes 3 times every 30 seconds with “Battery_Low” prompt tone”
Note: The operation mode of the above multimedia, call and other functions applies to the connection between mobile phones and Bluetooth; some of the receiver mode functions may not be realized.

Trouble shooting

No sound at all
Make sure the Dongle/Bluetooth connection is successful.
Make sure you have charged the headset.
I can not hear music sound even though it is connected to the laptop.
Some laptops with Bluetooth function will work normally after installing the driver (Please see the system description of laptop for more information).
Bad sound quality
Bluetooth transmission distance may vary according to actual usage conditions, please make sure there are no big objects between them.
Move other working wireless devices away from the audio device.
