WORKING PRINCIPLE

  1. PECRON smart car charger (hereinafter referred to as car charger) can detect the input voltage. If the input voltage is greater than the set starting voltage, the car charger will work, otherwise, it will not work.
  2. The battery voltage will be in a lower range when the car is not started, and the voltage will be pulled up after the car is started.
  3. The starting voltage of the car charger is set based on the principle of increasing the starting voltage of the car.
  4. The set value should be greater than the battery voltage when the car is not started and should be less than the battery voltage when the car is started.

USAGE DIAGRAM

  1. Step 1: Connect the car battery to the PECRON power station.
  2. Step 2: First check if the cables are correctly connected and then turn on the switch button.
    • If you need to plug and unplug the connector during charging, please turn off the charger before plugging and unplugging the cables.
  3. Step 3: Check if the status of the car charger is normal and calibrate its voltage.
    • Normal state: The car charger doesn’t work when the car is not started. The car charger starts working after the car is started. After starting the car, if the car charger does not work, you need to lower the starting voltage.
    • If the car charger works even when the car does not start, the starting voltage needs to be increased.
Gear Level Starting Voltage Range
0 12V~30V
1 12V~17V / 24V~30V
2 12.5V~17V / 25V~30V
3 13V~17V / 26V~30V
4 13.5V~17V / 27V~30V
5 14V~17V / 28V~30V

When setting the starting voltage, please debug in this way, If the setting voltage is too low, the car battery power will be drained, resulting in the car not being able to ignite and start normally.
