WARRANTY STATEMENT

  1. We declare that we guarantee the properties and flawless operation during the warranty period.
  2. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the goods and is valid for 24 months.
  3. EMOS SI, d.o.o. guarantees the buyer that he will remedy all defects at his own expense within the warranty period on the device due to a factory defect in material or workmanship.
  4. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair.
  5. If the device is not repaired within 45 days from the date of notification of the defect, the affected party may request a new one or a refund of the amount paid.
  6. The warranty ends if the defect is caused by:
    • non-professional-unauthorized service
    • modifications without the approval of the manufacturer
    • failure to follow the instructions for the use of the device
  7. The warranty does not exclude the consumer’s rights arising from the seller’s responsibility for product defects.
  8. Unless otherwise indicated, the warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
  9. The manufacturer provides repair, and maintenance of goods, spare parts, and trailers for a fee for appliances three years after the warranty period has expired.
  10. Natural wear and tear of the device is excluded from the warranty obligation. The same applies to injuries caused by improper use or overloading.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The owner asserts a warranty claim by reporting the identified defect to an authorized workshop (EMOS SI, d.o.o., Rimska cesta 92, 3311 Šempeter in Savinjska dolina) in writing or orally. The buyer is responsible if late registration causes damage to the device. After the warranty period expires, the right to assert a warranty claim. A certified warranty card with the original invoice must be attached. EMOS SI, d.o.o. undertakes to replace the device with a new one if it is not delivered within this warranty period worked flawlessly.
