Product Usage Instructions

Standard Installation:
-
Separate all mounting hardware as shown.
-
Apply plumber putty or silicone to the underside of the strainer body flange.

Place the strainer body into a sinkhole.
-
Place the rubber seal onto the top of the plastic tailpiece.
-
Place the tightening screw through the center of the top of the strainer body.
-
Holding the plastic tailpiece from below the sink, hand tightens the screw through the strainer body and into the plastic tailpiece.
Make sure that you tighten an additional 1/4 turn after hand tightening. -
Lubricate the post on the bottom of the strainer basket with liquid soap, then place the strainer basket into strainer body.

Attach the flanged drain pipe through nut and seal washer, then hand tightens the nut to the bottom of plastic tailpiece.

Protect with spray wax protectant (W900-WAX).

Care & Cleaning Instructions:
- Avoid using abrasive cleansers, S.O.S. Pads, or Scotch-Brite pads when cleaning your decorative drains.

STANDARD INSTALLATION

Separate all mounting hardware as shown.

Apply plumbers putty or silicone to the underside of strainer body flange #3.

Place the strainer body #3 into sink hole.

Place rubber seal #4 onto the top of the plastic tailpiece #5.

Place tightening screw #2 through the center of the top of the strainer body #3.

Holding the plastic tailpiece #5 from below the sink, hand tighten the screw #2 through the strainer body #3 and into the plastic tailpiece #5.
Make sure that you tighten an additional 1/4 turn after hand tightened. -
Lubricate post on bottom of strainer basket #1 with liquid soap, then place strainer basket #1 into strainer body #3.

Attached flanged drain pipe (not shown) through nut #7 and seal washer #6, then hand tighten nut #7 to the bottom of plastic tailpiece #5.

Protect with spray wax protectant (W900-WAX).
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not use alkaline, acid based detergents, abrasive polishes, scouring cleansers, S.O.S. Pads or scotch brite pads when cleaning your decorative drains.
- Do not leave corrosive chemicals or solids laying in the bottom of the sink basin, such as coffee grounds, vinegar, etc.
- After normal use, always wipe the exposed surface area of your drain with a clean soft cloth. This will aid in limiting water spots.
- For normal cleaning, just wipe with a damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
- If a chemical cleaner is required when cleaning, windex or a mild dish washing soap can be used.
