Product Usage Instructions

Before Installation:

  1. Ensure the wattage and output of the PSU meet your system’s requirements.
  2. Disconnect the power cord and turn off the PSU switch.
  3. Avoid usage outside of INTEL’s Desktop Platform Form Factors to prevent overheating or damage.
  4. Avoid expanding connectors through adapters.
  5. Avoid operating in wet or damp conditions.
  6. Do not open the PSU casing as it contains hazardous voltages.
  7. Do not remove the warranty sticker to avoid voiding the warranty.

Installation Steps:
Step 1: Preparation
Before installing the PSU, unplug the AC power cord and ensure the I/O panel is off.

Step 2: Connecting 20+4-pin Connector
Connect the 20+4-pin connector to the motherboard. Note that the detachable 4-pin connector is not suitable for ATX12V 4-pin connector to prevent irreversible damage.

Step 3: Connecting ATX12V Power
Connect the ATX12V (CPU power) 4-pin or 8-pin (by 4+4-pin) connector to the motherboard as needed.

    A: No, this PSU is designed for NON-INDUSTRIAL desktop systems only.

  3. Q: Is it safe to open the PSU casing for maintenance?
    A: No, opening the PSU casing is dangerous as it contains hazardous voltages. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

  • DO NOT attempt to expand the connectors through adapters or other means.
  • DO NOT operate in wet or damp conditions.

How to Install

  1. Before installing the PSU, unplug the AC power cord and make sure the I/O panel is off. I/O panel is off

  2. Connect 20+4-pin connector to the motherboard.
    [Note] The detachable 4-pin connector of the 20+4-pin is not suitable for ATX12V 4-pin connector. Incorrect connection may cause irreversible damage.

  3. Connect ATX12V (CPU power) 4-pin or 8-pin (by 4+4-pin) to the motherboard.

  4. Connect SATA connector to devices, i.e. HDD/SSD/ODD.

  5. Connect Molex 4-pin connector to devices, i.e. HDD/ODD/case fan.

  6. Connect PCIe 6-pin or 8-pin (by 6+2-pin) to graphics card.

[Note] Do not connect the PCIe 6+2-pin connector to the ATX12V 8-pin connector.
Incorrect connection may cause irreversible damage.

Troubleshooting
If your system does not function, please go through the steps below:

  1. Switch PSU main I/O to “O”(Off) to reset power supply for at least 5 minutes then follow through steps below.
  2. Ensure the AC cord is properly plugged into the wall outlet and the PSU.
  3. Ensure each DC connector is tightly connected with motherboard, graphics card and all peripherals.
  4. Ensure all pins are correctly plugged into the corresponding connector, for example PCIe 6+2pin is for graphics card, not CPU power socket.
  5. Turn main I/O switch to the “I” (On) position.
