Product Usage Instructions

Charging Operation

Uncover the silicone protective shell, connect the Type-C charging cable and the USB charging port to charge the night vision goggles.

Tips : Please use 5V-1A/5V-1.5A/5V- 2A adapter to charge the night vision goggles.

Insert memory card

  • Please choose Class 10 TF card as memory card ( Support up to 32GB).
  • Please be sure to insert the TF card in the right direction (as shown below), then insert the TF card. Please do not insert the card forcibly. Before use, please format the TF card, which can enhance the battery life, shutter speed and TF card compatibility.
  • Lightly press the edge of TF card to pop up the T card.

Basic operation

  • Power On/Off
    • Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off the night vision device.
  • Mode Selection & Setup Menu
    • There are 3 modes (photo mode, video mode and replay mode) and a setting menu for this night vision device.
    • Press and hold to switch between modes. Tap in photo and video mode to enter the Setup Menu

Photo/Videography

CAUTION
In photo and video modes, make adjustments to the night vision camera prior to taking photos and videos, especially after zoom in/out adjustments.

Focus Wheel Adjustment
Please look at the display and adjust the focus wheel manually to the left or right as per the actual viewing distance and until the displayed screen is showing clearly (as shown below).

  • IR Wheel Adjustment
    Rotate the IR wheel manually to left or right to gather the IR light on the spot you want to see clearer. The part light gathering will be brighter and the other part will get dimmer.

  • Enable infrared light night vision function
    If there is not enough light or when using at night, please short press to turn on the infrared light and switch the infrared light gear (7 gear levels: 0>1>2>3>4>5>6>7>0), then the image changes to black and white image. Depending on the actual situation to adjust the brightness, the dimmer the light, the higher the gear adjustment.

  • Operation

    • In photo mode, tap to take a picture; in video mode, tap to start recording, and then again tap to end recording.
    • Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch the color effect of Luminous Green, Film Negative and Normal Color when both IR is on and off.

Replay Mode

  • Enter the mode
    Press and hold to switch modes until it switches to replay mode.

  • Viewing photos and video recordings
    Tap to preview the picture or video.

  • Play/Stop Video Replay
    Tap to play/stop video playing.

  • File deletion

    • • Press to select photo or video
    • • Press. to pop up the file deletion page >
      • Deletion setup page: press to select; press to confirm and press to return>

Setup Menu

  • Access the Setup Menu
    In video and photo modes, tap to enter/exit the setup menu.

  • About Setup Menu

    • Tap to select Setup menu function options
    • Тар to enter function options >
    • Tap to select parameter >
    • Тар to verify and quit; or tap to to return tothe Setup menu automatically
  • Date/time setting
    Locate this setting option in the menu, tap to enter > Tap to switch year/month/day/hour/ minute/second, tap to enlarge or reduce the value, tap to verify and go back to the setting menu

APP

(connect phone and night vision goggles)

  1. Download the APP called Sports Camera in Google Play or Apple Store or Scan QR code as below.
  2. Press to open WIFI, and WIFl information will display in several seconds like that WIFI SSID:**and WIFI password:**
  3. After that, open the WIFI setting in the mobile and find WIFI name display on the screen of the night vision goggles. Put in the password (If no password is displayed, it means that you do not need to enter a password when connecting to wifi) and make the mobile connected. After this step you can open App to control the camera.

PC connection

  • Enable the night vision goggles (the night vision goggles require a memory card), use the USB cable to connect the computer and the night vision goggles, then the following interface will be displayed
  • Tap to select from memory/camera, and tap to confirm it.
  • Mass Storage: The computer recognizes the TF card and enables you to copy files to the computer.
  • PC Camera: The computer would recognize the camera as a computer-available camera.

Caution

Device power off
If the goggles fail to be enabled, please charge it for 30 minutes and try to restart again.

Reset operation
If the device is stuck or does not react to operation because of misuse, it can be turned off by pressing the UP button and the Power button at the same time (double button quick reset operation).

Disposal

  • In the interest of protecting the environment, do not throw your product into the household waste once you are finished with it, but rather take it to a specialty disposal facility. Find out about collection sites and their hours of operation from your local authority.
  • Defective or used batteries must be recycled pursuant to Directive 2006/66/EC and changes to it. Return batteries and/or the product via the collecting sites provided. Packaging materials, such as plastic bags, must be kept away from children. Keep the packaging materials out of reach of children.
  • Environmental damage caused by improper disposal of batteries! Batteries may not be disposed of with household waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment. The chemical symbols of the heavy metals are as follows: Cd cadmium, Hg mercury, Pb = lead. Dispose of used batteries at a municipal collection site.

Poor picture quality

  • If using during the day, be sure the IR light is off (if IR is on, the screen will display in black and white, if IR is off, the screen will display in color).
  • If using at night or in dim light, be sure the IR is turned on.
  • Adjust the focus by moving the focus wheel gradually to ensure it is focused.

• Maintaining the device

  • Please discharge the power prior to the device cleaning. Use a dry cloth only to clean the exterior of the device. Please avoid using any cleaning solution to protect the device from any possible damage. For cleaning the
    goggles/lenses, please use a very soft, lint-free cloth (e.g. microfiber cloth). For avoiding scratches on the lenses, just press gently with the cleaning cloth.

  • Please keep the device away from dust and moisture at all times. Keep it in a bag or store it in the box.
