Instruction For Use

Simple Steps for Fixing Lag Issues Between Your Docking Station and Your Mouse, Trackball, Keyboard, or Monitor for Windows OS

Lag and disconnection issues between docking stations and input devices can be frustrating. One of the primary culprits of these issues is when PC drivers turn on power saving mode—which can disrupt the communication signals between your dock and peripheral devices. If you are experiencing lag or disconnection challenges between your  docking station and your mouse, trackball, keyboard, or external monitors, following these simple steps may help you improve the performance of your input devices and maximize your productivity.

  2. When the Power Options window opens, click the Change plan settings link to the right of your current power plan.
