Attention

- Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise, it may cause abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or not charging.

- Please put the iPhone and iWatch at the center of the charge area.
- We recommend a fast charger adapter higher than 30W, which can charge three devices at the same time while maintaining the fastest speed.
- The other charger can only provide a normal charging speed, which will be slower than that of the fast charger.
- The wireless charging distance is 2-8 mm, please don’t use an iPhone case that is over 3mm thick.
- The iWatch has temperature control. When the temperature reaches 104 °F, it will stop charging automatically. If the temperature is normal, it will continue to charge.
- No metal or magnetic objects around 6cm of the back center of the phone during charging,
- The lower the temperature, the faster the charging speed. The charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.
- Please don’t charge in high-temperature and humid environments to avoid damage to the circuit.
- Put it in a place that children can’t reach to avoid unnecessary accidents.

- If your earphones are depleted and unable to charge, remove them from the case and charge the storage compartment separately.
