The device’s default power-on state is “ON” If you want to set it to”OFF”, you need to manually select the power-on state to “OFF” in eWeLink APP.
Please check the following before using the device:
Your phone has been connected to a 2.4G WiFi. -
Your phone system version needs to be Android 5.0/iOS 10 or higher.

Your phone must be able to access the APP store and download the APP.

If your router has set Mac address filtering, please enter the router settings to turn off it.
Pairing with eWeLink APP Download APP
Connect your phone to 2.4GHz WiFi and turn on Bluetooth. Long press the
pairing button for more than 5 seconds until blue LED indicator blinks twice
quickly and keeps on once to enter pairing mode.
- Open the link APP, tap add a device in the top right corner of the screen
- Select the 2.4G WiFi connected to the phone. Confirm the relevant information and click Next.
- After searching for the device, click on the right to add it.
Compatible Pairing Mode
If you fail to enter Quick Pairing Mode(Touch). please try “Compatible Pairing
Mode “to pair. Long press the Pairing button for 5s until the WiFi LED
indicator changes in a cycle of two short flashes and one long flash and
release. Long press the Pairing button for 5s again until the Wifi LED
indicator flashes quickly. Then, the device enters Compatible Pairing Mode.
Tap “+” and select ” Compatible Pairing Mode “on APP. Select Wi-Fi SSID with
ITEAD-** and enter the password 12345678, and then go back to eWeLink APP
and tap “Next”. Be patient until the pairing completes.
Pairing with RM2.4G remote control
- Open the added device and click the settings icon inthe upper right corner.
- Select “eWeLink Remote”
- Follow the prompts for the next step. The LED indicator “flashes once again” means the pairing is successful
Note: If you need to delete the RM2.4G remote control, enter the added interface and delete it.
