Airam Electric Oy Ab 300 Lumino Sensor Luminaires Light Instruction Manual
Universal luminaire
This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class E.
ON/OFF
**RADAR
E = Continuity / termination of earth wires
Lumina 300
**Lumina 400
** Only a professional electrician is allowed to do the installation. Use only rated voltage and frequency as marked in the fixture/driver. Switch off the current before installation or service. This mounting instruction must be kept available during installation and for future maintenance. The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.

Fixing screw torque
-
Cut the cable sheath 5 mm from grommet onwards.
The screw is tightened correctly when the black rubber washer placed under it slightly touches the edges of the screw hole. Note! Do not overtighten!
Mounting instructions
When choosing the place of installation pay attention to the following
things:
- Radar sensor can detect movement through thin wall or glass.
- The light fixture must be mounted on a stable foundation which doesn’t vibrate.
- Large metal surfaces can affect the size and shape of the detection area.
- The lux values are referential.
Ceiling mounting pattern
Ceiling mounted height : 3 m
Sensitivity: 100%/75%/50%/25%
Ceiling mounted height : 6 m(*)
Sensitivity: 100%/75%/50%
25 % sensitivity is not able to detect motion signal at 6 m.
Wall mounting pattern
Wall mounted height: 2 m
Sensitivity: 100 % / 75 % / 50 % / 25 %
Normal moving (Speed:1 m/s)
Slow moving (Speed 0.3 m/s)
Setting
Disconnect the power when adjusting the radar settings. By selecting the
combination on the DIP switch, sensor data can be precisely set for each
specific application.
Detection area
Detection area can be altered by switching between different combinations to
fit precisely for each application.

Hold time
Refers to the time period the lamp remains at 100% illumination after no
motion detected. *) The 5 second time setting may only be used for testing
purposes.

Daylight sensor
The sensor can be set to only allow the lamp to illuminate below a defined
ambient brightness threshold.
When set to Disable mode, the daylight sensor will switch on the lamp when
motion is detected regardless of ambient light level.
50 lux, 25 lux: twilight operation, 10 lux, 2 lux: darkness operation only.
Troubleshooting
Malfunction| Cause| Remedy
The load will not work| Wrong light-control setting selected.| Adjust setting.
Load faulty.| Change load.
Main switch OFF.| Switch ON.
The load work always.| Continuous movement in the detection zone.| Check zone
setting.
The load work without any identifiable movement.| The sensor not mounted for
detecting movement reliably.| Securely mount enclosure.
Movement occured but not identified by the sensor (movement behind the wall,
movement of the small object in immediate lamp vicinity etc.).| Check zone
setting.
The load will not work despite movement| Rapid movements are being suppressed
to minimize malfunctioning or the detection zone you have set is too small.|
Check zone setting.
