Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Press and hold the Power button for three seconds to switch on the printer.
2. Press the Open Slide on the left to open the paper compartment.
3. Push the paper compartment baffle to the sides and fit the label paper into the paper compartment with the print side facing down.
4. Slide the paper compartment baffle inwards to secure the label paper, pull the first paper out, ensuring it sticks out of the paper exit.
5. Close the paper compartment and long-press the Power Button to turn the printer on.

Installing App

1. Before using the printer, install the NIIMBOT app from Google Play or the App Store.
2. You can also download and install the NIIMBOT Desktop version from the official website.

Connecting and Printing

1. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and location permission is granted for Android phones.
2. Open the app, search and connect to the device through Bluetooth. Input PIN code if required.
3. Enter the Canvas page to edit after connecting.

• Q: How do I charge the label printer?
  A: Please charge the label printer for 3-4 hours using a 5V DC, 1A input.

• Q: How do I know if the printer is powered on?
  A: The Power Indicator Light will be solid blue when powered on but not connected, solid green when Bluetooth connected, and solid red in case of device abnormality.

Installation

2. Download Desktop Version
   You can download and install “NIIMBOT” Desktop version from our official website (www.niimbot.com).
   Notice: In case you need to connect your computer to the device, please use the original data cable or a data cable that supports data transfer.

Connecting and Printing

1. After downing the APP, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on. Note: For Android phones, location permission must be granted.

2. Open the APP, search and connect to the device through Bluetooth.
   Notice: If a PIN code is required, input 0000 or 1234.

3. After connecting, enter the “Canvas” page to edit.

8. If smoke or smell comes from the product or the power adapter, please unplug the power adapter immediately and avoid any burns.
