Installation
-
Tear off the seal on the label paper.

Press down the Paper Compartment Open Button to open the paper compartment.

Toggle the spindle to the “open” position as the arrow sign indicates.

Slide the paper compartment baffle to the correct scale according to the width of the paper roll and toggle the spindle towards the blade.
After adjusting the paper compartment scale, the spindle must be securely toggled to prevent any misaligned printing. -
Fit the paper roll into the paper compartment and make sure the print side faces the print head. Pull a certain length of paper out from the paper exit and then close the paper compartment cover.
Distinguish the sides of the paper roll. It will not print if the paper roll is reversed.

Power On

Feeding Paper
Press the Paper Exit/OK button and the device will roll out one stretch of paper. -
Choosing Paper Types: Different Types of Paper Displayed Accordingly
- Crack Label: The seam of paper should be aligned to the cutting opening, tear the paper to have it cut by the blade.
- Black Label: Tear the paper through the tear line without using the blade.
- Cont Labe: A full sheet of print paper and use the blade to have it cut at any position.
- TRN Label: A type of transparent cont label; the seam of paper should be aligned to the cutting opening, tear the paper to have it cut by the blade.

Lack of Paper/Open Compartment
If the monitor screen displays information of Cover Open/Lack of Paper, the device will not respond to printing commands. -
Low Battery
When the device is out of power, the monitor screen will display “The battery level is low. Please charge!” and will automatically power off in 10 seconds. -
Bluetooth Connection
When the Bluetooth is connected, the Bluetooth icon will be displayed in inverted white. -
Power Indicator
When the device is connected with a power adapter, the power icon will be displayed as follows. **** -
Settings
Press Power/Settings button at the home interface to enter the settings interface; continue to press the Power/Settings button to switch among 5 different setting interfaces, including “Density”/ ”Type of Paper”/”Shutdown Time”/”Language”/”Self-check page”. Press Paper Exit/OK button at the setting interface. -
Printing density includes 5 levels (1/2/3/4/5).

Type of paper includes four types (crack label/black label/cont label/TRN label).

The shutdown time when no operation is performed on the device is set in 4 levels (15 minutes/30 minutes/60minutes/never).

Language is available in 2 types (Chinese/English).

Press the “Paper Exit/OK” button to print the self-check page. The self-check page will include information of printer model, firmware version, hardware version, device serial number, etc.

Printing
During the printing process, the monitor screen will display “Printing”, and will automatically return to the home interface when the printing is completed. You can pause the printing with the phone APP or press the “Paper Exit/OK” button.
Installing App **

- Before using the printer, please install the NIIMBOT app from Google Play or the App Store. More information available on the NIIMBOT app.
- Get the NIIM app for more label designs for homes.
Connecting and Printing

Open NIIMBOT app and turn on Bluetooth on your phone.

On Home, tap Connect smart label printer. Then select device model.
Notice: If a PIN code is required, input 0000 or 1234. -
After connecting, tap on “Current label template” on the Home tab to enter the label editor.
