BEFORE COOKING
- The measurement of rice should be correct. Please use the measuring cup – flat cup is about 180ml. If measurement rice with not correct method, the cooked rice will become harder if too much rice or will become softer/watery if too less and the water maybe ejected.
- Please use other utensils to wash the rice instead of washing the rice directly in the inner pot to avoid wearing down the inner non-stick coating and affecting the taste of the rice. Please wash the rice until the rice water is clear and there is no rice bran left to avoid yellowing or changing the taste.
- Locate the evaporator valve and install the inner lid of the product in the correct position.
- Before cooking, check the water divider inside the inner pot to confirm the correct amount of water for each respective cooking function. Example: when cooking rice, you measure 2 cups of rice, you will pour water to line number 2 according to the appropriate cooking function column.
- The bottom of the pot and the heating plate need to be kept clean, If there are stains or standing water, they need to be cleaned immediately to avoid damage from affecting the quality and life of the rice cooker. Place the pot gently inside, do not forcefully avoid deformation.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
The rice cooker has a memory to store when the power is lost during the cooking process, if the power is lost and failure time is within 30 minutes, the rice cooker can resume automatically after the power is turned on again. If the power is turned on over 30 minutes, the rice will enter the working state.

When the power of rice cooker on:
– When the power is on, the display and all LEDs will be on for about 1 second and will “beep”, then go to the standby state.
– Standby status: The display after about 15 seconds if no key is pressed, the screen will turn off.
– Just touch any key, rice cooker will return to standby state and display screen . -
Function button:
Menu: Press the “Menu” button to select from the appropriate functions: “Quick Cook”, “Fine Cook”, “Brown Rice”, “Soup”, “Porridge”, the light in the selected function position will be displayed blinking, unselected functions the light will turn off. The flashing screen shows the default time of the selected function. Press “Start”, the rice cooker will start working and press “Cancel” to stop working. All cooking functions completed will automatically switch to keep warm.

When the display shows 0:00 and there is a “beep”, the cooking process is
done. The display will then show the keep-warm time. You should not keep it
warm for too long, it may dry out or change color.

Preset: Preset time is cooking function start time.
Note:
- Before setting the Preset time, press “Function” to select the cooking function and then set the preset time.
- Except for the keep-warm function, all other functions can use the preset function. In the operation mode, select the precook function, then press the “Preset” button and the display will flash the default time “3:00” to enter the preset state. In this state, press the “Timer” button to adjust the preset time.
- When the time setting is done, press the “Start/Cancel” button to automatically execute the preset work of this function. The selected function indicator and “Preset” indicator will stay on for a long time. The display will show the preset time steadily. The “:” sign flashes and the countdown begins. When the countdown timer returns to 0, the selected cooking function automatically switches to the active mode.
Timer: Press the “Timer” button to gradually adjust the cooking time
(soup/ porridge) and preset time according to the “Instructions for using
functions”. Press and hold for 2 seconds to increase the time of automatic and
quick adjustment.
Start/Cancel: When the cooking function is selected, press the
“Start/Cancel” button to enter the heating mode of the corresponding cooking
function, the “Start/Cancel” button indicator and the selected function
indicator light will be on. The display will show the time according to the
function.
– When entering the cooking state, press the “Start/Cancel” button again
within 3 minutes to cancel the current cooking state directly and return to
the active state. If it is necessary to cancel the current working state after
3 minutes or more, press and hold the “Start/Cancel” button for 2 seconds to
cancel the current working state and return to the active state.
Warm: Press the “Warm” button in the active state to directly switch to
the keep-warm state. The screen shows from “0:00”, only the “Start/Cancel”
button light is on, the keep time is displayed in minutes, the maximum time is
12 hours and goes into standby mode after finishing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
- When cleaning the machine, please unplug the machine, and wait for the product completely cool down.
- Please do not use steel wool or hard maintain to scrub the inner pot, it may scratch the inner pot coatings.
– Please wipe the housing with a clean wet cloth. Do not directly rinse and soak the inner pot in to water to avoid electric shock or short circuit.
– The inner pot cleaning: please use the soft sponge to clean the inner pot and dry and its outer surface.
– Open the lid, to clean the inner lid, including the sealing ring, etc., then wipe with a clean wet cloth.
– After the cleaning and maintenance, please reconfirm the parts are in the correct installation.
SAFETY NOTICE
- Insert the plug into a proper socket. Before you switch on, please make sure the voltage is the same as your local.
- Please use walling socket with earth line and keep close inserted and don’t use universal socket and using together with the other appliances at the same time to avoid over current which may cause fire.
- Please place the rice cooker on dry and stable surface, or close to other heat sources. Please don’t put the inner pot on an open fire directly.
- Only use the rice scoop provided, clean with damp sponge or soft scouring pad to avoid damaging inner coating. * After a long time use, interior coating may fell a little but no harm for your health.
- Don’t cook acid, alkaline food or alike substance lest corrode inner pot.
- Always keep the outside bottom of the pot and the heating plate clean and dry. Please don’t pour the rice or water directly into the safeguard frame without inner pot. Any objects between them will cause the rice cooker to be malfunction.
- Make sure to keep the rice cooker to out of the reach of children, for fear of danger. During cooking, any consciously touch of function key may cause the rice cooker stops working.
- The rice cooker becomes hot when in use. Please don’t touch the cover with your hands and do not place your face directly over the steam which is coming out from the cooker.
- Please don’t put cloth on the cover or else, it will deform or change color.
- Make sure it is unplugged before you take the pot out of the rice cooker.
- Please don’t refit, disassemble or repair the rice cooker by yourself.
- Power cord should not be subjected to twisting and knitting.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- Please don’t pull up the plug while hand is wet.
- Please unplug power cord from electrical wall outlet by the plug, don’t pull by the cord to avoid damage and hazard.
- Always unplug the appliance after use.
- Put the inner pot into the heating board properly, or the heating board will be damaged.
- Do not put the inner pot on other heating sources to cook or replace it by other containers.
- Do not open the lid when the water is boiling.
- To prevent electric shock or damage of rice cooker, do not immerse cord, plug or product in water or other liquids.
- Appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance must be grounded. It is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. It must be plugged into a wall receptacle that is properly installed and grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces risks of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. It is recommended that the separate circuit serving only the appliance be provided. High voltage appliance is dangerous and may results in a fire or other accidents.
- If you have any questions about the grounding or electric instruction, consult a qualified electrician or service person.
- Neither the manufacturer nor the dealer can accept the liability for damage of the appliance or personal injury from failure observe the electrical connection procedure.
