Precautions

  • Charger not included.
  • The charging voltage of the headphone case is DC 5V.
  • The power provided by the charger must be between the minimum 0.175 W required by the radio device and the maximum 1.5 W to achieve the maximum charging speed.
  • Please pay attention to the use of high-quality charger or computer port charging for the product, must not use cheap and poor quality charger.
  • Bluetooth Earphones are affected by the environment and connection distance. Please do not use them in environments with strong electromagnetic interference and radiation.
  • Please do not put the Bluetooth earphone in the water or beat it, which will cause damage to the product.
  • If the Bluetooth Earphone is not used for a long time, please charge it monthly to prevent it from starting due to lack of power.

Charging

Charger not included.
The charging voltage of the headphone case is DC 5V.
The power provided by the charger must be between the minimum 0.175 W required by the radio device and the maximum 1.5 W to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Plug the charging cable into the headphones TYPE-C slot and the other end into a computer or other charging USB slot.
The red LED light will stay on when charging the headphones.
The blue LED light will be on when the headphones are fully charged.

To turn on

Press and hold the power button for 2s then the red and blue light will blink and accompanied by voice prompt “Power on”.
To turn off: Press and hold the power button for 5s while they are working, the red light will blink for 1s and accompanied by voice prompt “Power off ”.

Pairing

In the state of power-off, press and hold the POWER button for approximately 2 seconds till the red and blue LED lights flash alternately. Then open your phone Bluetooth, refresh the Bluetooth list and find the pairing name— Tracer Max Mobile and connect (the blue light flashes once in 5S if the link is successful).
Automatically reconnect: If you have already connected to this Bluetooth headphones, subsequent power on the headphones then they will reconnect with your phone automatically.
You don’t need to enter the pairing mode for re-connection.
Notice: The headphones will power off automatically in 5 minutes if there is no connection.

Hands-free call

Answering calls: Click the POWER button to answer the incoming calls.
Ending calls: Click the POWER button to hang up the calls.

Three-Way Calling

Click PP to hang up the current call and connect a new one; Long press PP to reject new calls.
Double clicking on PP can switch the current call to the Hold state and connect a new call.
During a tripartite call, double-click on PP to switch calls back and forth.
During a tripartite call, click PP to hang up the current call and switch to the remaining party’s call.
Click on the earphone again to end the remaining call.

Volume control

In the state of music or calls, click the “+” to increase the volume , click “-” button to decrease the volume.

Previous/next song

In the state of music, long press the “–” button to come to the previous song, long press the “+” button to come to next song.

Play/Pause

Click the power button to play or pause music.
Turning on Google Assistant / Siri:
To turn on Google Assistant or Siri, double click the POWER button.

Noise reduction

Active Noise Cancelling: Shift the ANC power button to turn on or turn off the
ANC function. When turning on noise reduction, the green light remains on for a long time. When turning off noise reduction, the green light goes out.

Wired headphones function

When the headphones have power, they can be used as the wired headphones by inserting the 3.5mm audio cable.

Troubleshooting

  1. All buttons including microphone will not work when inserting the 3.5mm audio cable, except ANC. You can adjust the volume on your phone or other devices.
    The microphone only works in wireless mode.

  2. Your device can’t connect with the headphones. In state of power off, press and hold the power button (not the ANC button) for approximately 6 seconds till the red and the blue lights flash alternately to enter pairing mode. The headphones can’t be in sync with the devices which don’t have wireless function, you will need an extra wireless transmitter for syncing (not included).

  3. If the headphones can’t be turned on, please charge the headphones at first and you need hold pressing the power button for 2 seconds to turn on them.

  4. Please check if the distance between the headphone and mobile phone is more than 10 meters or has other interference.

Precautions

  1. Before turning on the power of a connected device, turn the volume all the way down. A sudden burst of loud sound could be harmful to your ears and cause hearing loss.
  2. Be sure to hold the plug when unplugging the cable.
  3. Do not use the headphones near medical devices, automatic doors, or fire alarms, etc. Signals from the headphones could interfere with the operation of those devices, possibly causing malfunctions and accidents.
  4. Please do not pull the headphone bracket more than 45 degrees, and do not twist the bracket.
