Windows 10 – Delete Paired Bluetooth Connection
If your device isn’t running Windows® 10, refer to the Windows 8 instructions.

From the Windows desktop, navigate: Start > Settings icon (lower-left) > Devices.
Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select on-screen options. -
From the left-pane, select Bluetooth & other devices.

If Off, select the Bluetooth switch to turn On .
Bluetooth® must be on to remove connection. -
Select the Bluetooth connection to be removed.

Select Remove device.

Select Yes to confirm.
