Look at the data plate (located inside the appliance) to ascertain that the
voltage and power correspond to the available power supply and the power
outlet is suitable. If in doubt ask a qualified electrician.
If the appliance is used intensively for a long period of time, you may need
to opening a window to improve airflow.

Cleaning your rangehood
The proper function of the rangehood requires regular maintenance operations.
The anti-grease filters capture the grease particles suspended in the air, and
are therefore subject to clogging according to the frequency of the use of the
appliance.
In order to prevent fire hazards, it is recommendable to clean the filters at
least every 2 months by carrying out the following instructions:
– Remove the filters from the rangehood and wash them in a solution of water
and neutral liquid detergent, leaving to soak.
– Rinse thoroughly with warm water and leave to dry.
– Washing the filters in a dishwasher may discolor the aluminum.
Before removing the filters, you should remove the outside filter first, then
pull the slide-out shell to the farthest distance position prior to removing
the inside filter.
When installing the filters, install the inside filter first with the slideout
shell in the farthest distance position, and then install the outside filter.
The aluminum filters may alter in color after several washes.
This is not caused for customer complaints nor the replacement of filters.
Clean the fan and other surfaces of the cooker hood regularly using a cloth
moistened with denatured alcohol or non-abrasive liquid detergent.
Charcoal filters (recirculating mode)
Replacing the Charcoal filters
These filters are not washable and cannot be regenerated, and must be replaced
approximately every 4 months of operation, or more frequently with heavy
usage.
Remove the anti-grease filters
Remove the saturated charcoal filters.
Fit the new charcoal filters.
Replace the anti-grease filters.

-42mm rail to be fitted for ducted mode.
-80mm rail to be fitted for recirculation mode.
Instructions for Installation
WARNING: DO NOT penetrate any screws into the range hood body as this may
result in electrical hazards.
Only use the holes provided for mounting to the wall or cabinet above.
WARNING: Failure to install the screws or fixing the device in accordance
with these instructions may result in electrical hazards.
If a connection flue composed of two parts is used, the upper part must be
placed outside the lower part.
Exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which is used for exhausting
fumes from appliances burning gas or other fuels.
Installation must comply with any local regulations concerning the discharge
of exhaust air.
Before proceeding with the assembly, remove the anti-grease filter(s) (Fig.5)
so that the unit is easier to handle. Prepare the hole in the ceiling or wall
for the evacuation of the air.
Fixing to the Wall or Cabinet
Position the rangehood, then mark and drill the holes.
Fix the appliance to the wall or cabinet taking care to align it with the
cabinets.
For various installation types, use screws and screw anchors suited to the
type of wall (e.g. reinforced concrete, plasterboard, etc.). If the screws and
screw anchors are provided with the product, check that they are suitable for
the type of wall on which the hood is to be fixed.
Check that the power cord is not squashed or damaged and PowerPoint is easily
accessible by the customer.
Make sure ductwork is connected correctly and not squashed or damaged.
When set to Recirculating mode, ensure the charcoal filters are fitted, the
large front rail is attached and the lever (see below) is set to
Recirculating- air mode.
NOTE: When the charcoal filters are fitted, the suction power will
decrease.
