Before First Use
Check for transport damages.
Step 1 : Lay the packaged mattress on top of the bed and carefully cut
the containment sleeve. To prevent damaging the mattress, do not use a knife
or cutter.
Step 2: Unroll the mattress onto
your bed. Gently remove and discard the protective fabric liner.
Step
3: The mattress may take up to 72 hours to expand to its original
shape/height, but you may sleep on it during this time.
TIPS:
- You can use your mattress as soon as it has expanded, but note that it may take up to 72 hours for the mattress to reach its maximum height.
- As each mattress may spend a different amount of time under compression, there may be slight variances to the product’s dimensions. These should not affect the quality of the mattress or its usability.
- The mattress is compressed and packaged right off the line, so you may notice a faint odor when you open the packaging. This should release over time. Waiting to put bedsheets on the mattress topper will facilitate odor release.
- As memory foam ages, it may change color slightly due to natural oxidation. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem or a loss of comfort or performance.
