NOTICE: The above data has been measured in accordance with the international flashlight testing standards ANSI/NEMA FL1 using 1×18650 Li-ion battery (3500mAh). The data may vary slightly during real-world use due to battery type, individual usage habits and environmental factors.

  • The brightness levels from ultralow to turbo is infinitely variable, with corresponding runtime ranging from 1 hour to 500 hours. (The runtime for Turbo mode is the testing result before starting temperatur regulation.)

Operating Instructions

Battery Installation
Battery installation is the same for all models in the GEM series. Insert the battery from its tail as illustrated in the diagram. (The model shown in diagram is GEM8)
Battery Installation

NOTE:

  1. Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly. The light will not operate if batteries are incorrectly inserted.
  2. Avoid direct eye exposure.
  3. When the flashlight is kept in a backpack or left unused for extended periods of time, please remove all batteries to prevent accidental activation and battery leakage.

On/Of

  • To switch ON: Rotate the switch in clockwise direction as shown in the diagram until a “click” sound is heard.
  • To switch OFF: Rotate the switch in counter-clockwise direction as shown in the diagram until a “click” sound is heard.

Adjusting brightness levels

GEM8/GEM10
The brightness levels from ultralow to turbo are infinitely variable. When the light is on, rotate the switch in a clockwise direction as shown in the diagram, and the brightness level will increase from 1 lumen up to 500/800 lumens. Brightness is adjusted in reverse by rotating the switch in a counter- clockwise direction.

GEM8UV/GEM10UV
The brightness levels from UV(ultralow) to UV(Turbo) are infinitely variable. When the light is on, rotate the switch in a clockwise direction as shown in the diagram, and the brightness level will be changed from 5mW to 3000mW. Brightness is adjusted in reverse by rotating the switch in a counter- clockwise direction.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation)

With Advanced Temperature Regulation module, the lights regulate its output and adapt to the ambient environment, maintaining optimal performance.

Changing batteries

Batteries should be recharged or replaced if any of the followings occurs: output appears to be dim or the flashlight becomes unresponsive.

Maintenance

Every 6 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a thin coating of silicon-based lubricant.
