If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

Are the brushes turning?
- No > Go to Brush Not Turning
- Yes > Turn off and unplug machine

Remove front nozzle by lifting under the hose access door

Rinse nozzle and brush roll cover under water

Use nozzle clean out tool to unclog hair and debris

Reinstall front nozzle
- Line up and insert all three tabs and rotate back until the top snaps back into place
- Machine may have to be leaned back slightly to align all three tabs properly
- Securely close attachment door

Turn on and check for suction by performing a few wet cleaning and dry strokes

- No > Go to Cleaning the Dirty Tank
