If you are experiencing No/Low suction, follow these steps to resolve:

Plug machine in

To activate suction, press “Hard Floor” or “Rug” button on handle

Does machine turn on?
- No > Go to No Power
- Yes > Continue troubleshooting

Remove dirty water tank by grabbing front handle and pressing down on the silver release button
-
With the machine on and a floor type selected, touch the motor vents to feel for suction strength
- Is there suction?
- No > Visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center, or Contact Us
- Yes > Go to No Suction Dirty Water Tank and Foot
