If you are experiencing leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

Remove and fill Clean Water Tank
- Check Clean Water Tank for warping, cracks, or other damage

- If damaged, order a new Clean Water Tank > Go to Parts & Supplies

Wipe out the water in the tank handle area

Remove Dirty Water Tank and empty if needed
- Check Dirty Water Tank for cracks, warping, or other damage
- If damaged, order a new Dirty Water Tank > Go to Parts & Supplies

Inspect bottom of the dirty tank to make sure the inner stack is attached properly – arrows should line up and collar should be screwed in place

Does this resolve the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we can get you back to cleaning!
- No > Put Dirty Water Tank back onto machine

With machine off and unplugged pull the trigger
- Is there tension?
- No > Contact Us
- Yes > Move machine to dry area of flooring
-
Tilt machine slightly to one side for 10 seconds
-
Move machine to another piece of dry flooring and let sit for 30 seconds
