If you are experiencing No/Low Suction, follow these steps to resolve:

Take machine off of docking station

Remove brush window by pulling up on both sides of brush window

Clear debris from suction pathway on foot behind brush roll
-
Clean brush roll and brush roll window of any debris or hair wraps
- Set brush roll aside and allow to fully dry
-
With brush roll and brush window removed, press power button to activate suction
- Does machine turn on?
- Yes > Continue Troubleshooting
- No > Go to No Power

Check for suction in suction pathway on foot by placing your hand in front of it
- Is there suction?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No/Low Suction > Turn off machine pressing the power button > Go to No Suction Dirty Water Tank
