The Elechomes Chopping Blade Assembly is sharp and unlocked in place. Remove and hold it by the shaft before emptying contents to prevent the risk of laceration.

Don’t blend hot liquids to avoid excessive pressure to prevent the risk of being burned.

Don’t allow young children to operate or use it as a toy. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

Keep the appliance and the power cord away from liquids.

.Don’t let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces such as the stove.

Don’t operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug to ensure the device functions properly.

– Speed Control Dial + Switch ON/OFF
Easy ngertip control from low to high blending speeds.
– TURBO
Activated by pressing and holding during blending.‑To stop blending, simply
release the power button.
– Blending Arm
Use the Blending Arm attachment for smoothies, milkshakes, soup, cooked
vegetables roasting, or baby food.
– Whisk Attachment
Use the whisk to whip cream, beat egg whites, mix instant puddings,
vinaigrettes, mousse, or making mayonnaise.
– Chopper Attachment
Perfect for small chopping jobs like herbs, nuts and vegetables.‑Chopper
includes a bowl, blade, and chopper adapter.‑The chopper has a non-slip base
on the bottom of the bowl to prevent movement of the entire attachment during
the chopping process.
– Blending Jar
Allows you to measure, mix and blend with precision and convenience.
How to Use Your Hand Blender
When using the Elechomes Hand Blender for the first time, wipe the motor body
and attachment adapters with a clean, damp cloth to remove any dirt or dust.
You can use mild dish soap but not abrasive cleansers. Dry with a soft cloth.
Wash all the attachments and accessories by hand or in the dishwasher and dry
them thoroughly.
– Assembling Your Hand Blender
Insert Blending Arm attachment
into the motor body.|

First press the Lock/Unlock button and then take off the blending Arm.|
– Using The Blending Arm
- Insert Blending Arm attachment into the motor body.
- Plug the power cord into the socket.
- Set the speed to the minimum. Adjust the speed by turning the speed control dial on top of the Hand Blender.
- Insert the Hand Blender into the mixture.
- Press the Power button to activate the Hand Blender.
- When blending is finished, turn o the blender before removing it from the mixture.
- Unplug the device immediately after use, before removing or changing attachments.
Tips for blending
Insert Hand Blender into the jar containing ingredients at an angle. Use your
free hand to cover the handle of the blending jar for better stability and
avoid splattering.|

Hold at an angle and slowly draw it upwards against the side of the jar. As
the Hand Blender is drawn up, you will notice the ingredients from the bottom
of the jar are drawn up. When the ingredients are no longer drawn up from the
bottom, return the Hand Blender to the bottom of the jar and repeat the
process until the ingredients are at the desired consistency.|
Using a light circular motion from your wrist, draw the Hand Blender up
slightly and let it fall again into the ingredients. Allow your wrist motion
and the weight of the Hand Blender to do the work.|
CAUTION
- Hand Blender should only be immersed in liquids within the length of the attachment.
- DO NOT submerge beyond the seam of the blending attachment.
- DO NOT immerse the motor body into liquids or other mixtures.
- DO NOT operate the appliance empty.
– Using the Whisk Attachment
- .Insert the Whisk into the Whisk Adapter (Fig.1).
- Insert the Whisk Adapter into the motor body (Fig.2). Adjusts the whisk to the proper range of speeds appropriate for whipping.
- .Plug the electrical cord into an electrical wall socket.
- Adjust the speed by rotating the Speed Control Dial on top of the Hand Blender.
- Insert the Hand Blender into the mixture. The stainless steel whisk may scratch or mar non-stick coatings; avoid using the whisk in non-stick cookware.
- Press the Power button to activate the Hand Blender.
- When the whisking process is complete, release the Power button before removing the Hand Blender from the mixture.
- Unplug immediately after use, before removing or changing attachments.
CAUTION
- The stainless steel whisk may scratch or mar non-stick coatings; avoid using the whisk in non-stick cookware.
- To prevent splattering and splash-out, use the whisk attachment in deep containers or pans.
-Using the Chopper Attachment

Insert the chopping blade into the spindle pin inside the processing bowl. (Fig.3)

Put small pieces of food into the bowl. DO NOT overall.
WARNING Cut Hazard Handle blades carefully. Failure to do so can result in cuts. -
Insert the Chopper attachment into the Chopper bowl and twist to lock. (Fig.4)

Align the Chopper bowl with the motor body and lock them together. (Fig.5)

Hold the motor body with one hand and the Chopper bowl with the other while using the devices.

Press the Power button to activate Hand Blender. For best results, press and hold the power button for “TURBO” and releasing the Power button until ingredients reach the desired consistency.

When chopping is finished, release the Power button.

Remove the motor body from Chopper attachment.
-
Unplug the device immediately after use, before removing or changing attachments.
CAUTION
- DO NOT operate the appliance continuously for more than 15 seconds at a time. For coarsely chopped foods, use repeated short pulsing action until the desired consistency is reached.
- Never add ingredients into the container before placing the blade assembly into it.
- For mincing, chopping, and pureeing, increase the length of pulses.
- For coarse chopping, use short, quick pulses and monitor food texture.
- Pre-cut large and hard foods into 2.5cm cubes to make them fit into the processing bowl.

Cheese, Parmesan | Cut in 1/2-inch (1.3-cm) cubes. Process 1/2 cup |
(118 ml) of cubes at a time.
Cookie Crumbs| Break into pieces. Use up to 1 1/2 cups
(355 ml) of pieces.
Fruit, Chopped| Cut fruit into 1-inch (2.5-cm) chunks. Place up to
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) of pieces into the chopper.
Garlic, Minced| Peel; then process 1 or more cloves at a time.
Graham
Cracker
Crumbs| Break into 4 pieces. Place up to 6 crackers in
a chopper at a time.
Nuts, Chopped| Place up to 1 cup (237 ml) in the chopper.
Parsley| Pinch off sprigs from the bunch.
Vegetables| Cut vegetables into 1-inch (2.5-cm) chunks.
Place up to 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) in the chopper at a time.
Meats| Cut into 2cm. Place up to 1 1/2 cups (355 ml)
of pieces into the chopper.
Operating Tips
- Cut solid food into small pieces first for easier blending or chopping.
- To avoid splashing, insert the Hand Blender into the mixture before pressing the power button, and release the power button before pulling the Hand Blender out of the mixture.
- When blending in a saucepan on a cooktop, remove the pan from the heating element to protect the Hand Blender from overheating.
- For best blending, hold the Hand Blender at an angle and gently move up and down within the container. Do not pound down on the mixture with the Hand Blender.
- To prevent overflow, leave room in the container for the mixture to rise when using the Hand Blender.
- Do not place the Hand Blender in a hot pan on the cooktop when not in use.
- Remove hard items, such as fruit pits or bones, from the mixture before blending or chopping to help prevent damage to the blades.
- Do not use your Hand Blender to process coffee beans or hard spices such as nutmegs. Processing these foods could damage the blades of the Hand Blender.
- Do not use the jar or the chopper bowl in the microwave oven.
- The stainless steel whisk may scratch or mar non-stick coatings; avoid using the whisk in non-stick cookware.
- To prevent splattering, use the whisk attachment in deep containers or pans.
Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION
- Make sure that the motor body is unplugged from the power source before inserting or removing the blade assembly and before cleaning.
- Do Not immerse the motor body and adapters into liquids. Clean the device with a damp sponge or cloth.
- Remove the adapters and attachments by twisting them.
Hand Washing: Wash the container, blending jar, Whisk, and chopping blade in the warm and soapy water. When washing the chopping blade, use a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid contacting with sharp edges. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.
Dishwasher: The container, blending jar, Whisk, and chopping blade are all dishwasher safe. Ensure that the chopping blade is removed from the container before placing it in the dishwasher.
WARNING
Wash the chopping blade carefully as the blades are sharp.
Contact with the blades’ edges may result in a laceration.

They are effective from the date of purchase
Elechomes will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are
available to the original purchasers of our products within the first 30 days
of purchase. This warranty extends only to personal use instead of commercial,
rental, or any other uses for which the product is not intended for. Each
product has no other warranties other than the already provided warranties.
This warranty is non-transferable. Elechomes is not responsible for any
damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, user
negligence, user abuse, or improper operation that does not follow the
included user manual.
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage in return transit.
- Unsupervised use by children under 18 years old.
Elechomes and its subsidiaries are only responsible for damages caused by the
intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow
this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the
above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranty of
merchantability, are limited to the period of the limited warranty.

You can enjoy an additional 6-month warranty. Just log onto

and enter your order number (i.e. Amazon ) within the first 14 days of
purchase to register your new product for the extended warranty. If you are
unable to provide the order number for your product, please type a short note
in the order number field along with the date you received your product.
Defective Products & Returns: Should your product prove defective within
the specified warranty period, please contact Customer Support via

order number. Once our Customer Support team has approved your request, please
return the product with a copy of your invoice and order number.
