Safety Precautions

Please follow the precautions below. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or damage to the product. Improper use will invalidate the warranty.

  • Untangle the power cord before use.
  • Do not let children operate the device unsupervised.
  • Do not use the air purifier if the power cord is damaged. Contact a qualified service center for repairs.
  • Do not yank the power cord or use it to pull the air purifier.
  • Do not use the device in a damp or dusty environment.
  • Do not place the device close to heat sources, furniture, curtains, aerosols, etc. This may cause a fire hazard.
  • This product is for indoor, domestic use only.
  • Do not cover the air inlet or outlet.
  • Do not touch the device with wet hands.
  • Do not let moisture into the interior of the device.
  • Do not place anything on top of the device.
  • Do not insert foreign objects into the device.
  • Only place the device on a sturdy, level surface.
  • Do not tilt the device.
  • Unplug the device before cleaning and assembly.
  • Unplug the device if it will not be used for a long period of time.

Instructions before use

Select the room where you need to purify the air and place the purifier on a stable floor or countertop in the room.

In order to allow free circulation of air, avoid placing the purifier behind the curtains, under the window, next to the furniture or shelves, and near any obstacles. Keep at least 50 cm of free space on each side of the purifier.

Make sure to remove the filter packing bag before first use.
Please check the following details before using:

  • The labeled voltage of the device is consistent with your local regulations.
  • As a Class II appliance (with double insulation), this device can connect to a non-grounded electrical outlet.
  • The air inlet and outlet are completely clear.
  • The filter and bottom cap are correctly assembled (shown as below).
  • See figures 1-6 below on how to remove the filter packing and replace the filter when necessary.

Press the power button to turn off the purifier and unplug the power cord from the socket. (If you’re using the purifier for the first time, start directly from Figure 2.)

Flip the purifier upside down and lift the base directly (The base is connected by the main unit by magnets)

Remove the composite filter

Remove the plastic bag from the new filter

Mount the new filter on the air purifier

Replace the unit back onto the base

Instructions for use

Power button

  1. Press the power button to start the purifier and all the buttons will light up in white. The default wind speed is Medium Speed (2), and the speed display will show “2” . By default, there is no preset timer and nothing will show on the timing display. The blue night light will always be on at the bottom of the pu rifler.
  2. When the unit is on, you can press the Power button to enter standby mode. The power indicator will change to a steady red and all the other indicators will go off.

Speed button

When the device is powered on, press the speed button to adjust to your desired wind speed. When using for the first time, the default wind speed is medium (2). Press the speed button again to switch the speed to high (3); press the speed button twice to switch to the lowest speed level (l); press the speed button a third time, and the speed will return to medium (2).

Timer button

  1. When the purifier is under normal operation, the default timing shutdown function is turned off. The indicator light of the timer button will always be on, but there will be nothing showing on the timer display.
  2. Press the timer button, and choose between “lH, 2H, 3H, …… 12H, and Cancel Timing” . The timer display will show “l, 2, 3, ….. ,12, – -. ” For the fast setting, press and hold the timer button to get your desired timing. After the timer is set for Ss, the timer will start to count down. When the time is up, the device will shut down and enter standby mode.
Sleep button
  1. While the unit is on, when the sleep button is pressed, the screen of the device will turn off. The wind speed will operate under sleep mode. The sleep button will be half-lit and all the other button indicator lights will go off. (In sleep mode, you can still select wind speed, set timer, adjust the lamp and operate the child lock button. After 3s, the screen of the device will go off again.}
  2. Press the sleep button again to end the sleep mode (the wind speed will go back to the default level of medium (2} }. If you press the power button, the device will turn off.

Note:

  1. In sleep mode, press the filter reset button and the child lock button will light up the screen without giving the prompting sound, but won’ t change the status of the device. After 3s, the screen of the device will turn off.
  2. In sleep mode, press and hold the filter rest button for 5s. The button will flash red 3 times without making the normal prompting sound and the usage time of the filter will turn back to zero.
Lamp button

After the device is powered on, the night lamp at the bottom of the base will be on at high brightness. Press the lamp button again and the night light will turn off; press the button twice, the light will turn on at low brightness; press the button the third time for medium brightness; press the button a fourth time for high brightness. Press the button again and the cycle will repeat.

Child Lock
  1.  While the unit is on, press and hold the child lock for 3s to activate the child lock function which will make 3 “didi” sounds and its button indicator light will change to red. In child lock mode, none of the buttons are available, including the power button. When you press other buttons, the child lock icon will flash in red for 3 times without making the prompting sound, indicating the device is under child lock mode.
  2. Press and hold the child lock for 3s-the buzzer will make the prompting sound once and then the device will end the child lock function and the child lock button will stay on in white. At this point, all the buttons can be pressed.
Filter Reset
  1. While the unit is on, the indicator light of the filter reset button will be on in white, indicating the filter is normal.
  2. When the filter has reached the end of its service life (approximately 2500 hours of use} and needs to be replaced, the button indicator light will turn red.
  3.  After changing the filter, press and hold the filter reset button for 5s and its indicator light will flash in red 3 times, and then turn back to white. At this time, the buzzer will make a “didi” sound 3 times and the usage time of the filter will turn back to zer

NOTE:
If you press the filter reset button, its indicator light will turn on in red without making the prompting sound but the filter restet function will not be activated

Maintenance

Composite Filter
  • Clean the composite filter twice a week and replace it at least every 6 months.
  • Do not wash the composite filter with soap.
  • Clean the filter with a vacuum or a small, soft brush. Be sure to keep the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner 5-l0cm away from the filter.
  • Brush the filter widthwise to prevent damage
  • The filter may absorb smells from cigarettes and cooking. If this occurs, clean the filter. If this persists, replace the filter.
Filter Replacement
  • Please change the filter when the indicator light glows red steadily.
  • Before changing, please unplug the device and let it cool for lSmin.
  • Take off the rear case before changing and secure the case in place after changing (please refer to the “Instructions before use” ).
  • After replacing the filter, press and hold the Filter Reset button for 5 seconds, then the red filter indicator will flash quickly and the purifier will beep 3 times. The filter counter will return to zero, and the filter indicator will turn off.
Cleaning & Storage
  • Turn off and unplug the device before cleaning.
  • Wipe the device with wet cloth. Do not use harsh solvents or soaps.
  • Dry the unit thoroughly before use.
  • Store the product in the original box and keep it in a dry, cool place.

Troubleshooting

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

Elechomes and its subsidiaries are only responsible for damages caused by the intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the period of the limited warranty.
