Warnings And Safety Precaution

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • This appliance is designed for domestic use only.

  • Do not pull on the connection cord, but rather on the plug, to separate the appliance adaptor from the mains.

  • Do not use outdoor.

  • Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on, as this may be a source of danger.

  • Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.

  • If the supplied adaptor is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • Following objects are strictly banned, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will be damaged or fire calamity will be caused, which bring such accidents as human body injuries:
    Don’t pick up large or sharp broken such as glasses.
    Don’t pick up inflammable or explosive substances such as gasoline or alcohol.

  • Check the device and connections regularly for visible damage.

  • The device must not be used in the housing is damaged or another damage is present.

  • Never attempt to open the device or the mains adapter yourself or to replace the connecting cable. Always have repairs to the device carried out by a specialist workshop.

  • There is considerable danger to the user if repairs are faulty.

  • Do not trap the mains power adapter cable and when using the adapter, pay attention to where the cable is to prevent any danger of tripping over it.

  • Keep the cable away from heated surfaces (e.g. cooker and other hot surfaces).

  • Do not touch the mains adapter and cable with wet hands.

  • Do not point the vacuum cleaner at persons or animals when in operation.

  • Only use the mains adapter in a clean and dry environment.

  • Only use the device with the accessories supplied.

  • Please keep these instructions in a safe place.

  • Use only with the provided adaptor.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by children or the infirm unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • When vacuuming liquid spills ensure that the dust canister does not become overfilled, as this will block the filters and may seriously damage the appliance.

  • Do not open the vacuum cleaner if the dust tank and filter are not installed to avoid dust and foreign objects from entering the motor and causing damage.

Charging

  1. Insert the adaptor into the mains socket always make sure that the vacuum is turned off before connecting to the power adaptor.
  2. The indicator light in blue color will come on and keep flashing once the device has made contact with the adaptor.
  3. In order to ensure that it is always ready for use, the device should be left on a charge with an adaptor when not being used.
  4. The adaptor may become warm during charging-this is normal.

Indication Light

  1. When charging the appliance, the indication in blue color will come on and keep flashing.
  2. When fully charged, the indication light will keep on in blue color
  3. When using the appliance, the indication light will be in blue color.
  4. When the battery is weak, the last indication of light in blue color will keep flashing.

Use And Function

  1. No need to use any nozzle to dispose of large particles of light garbage such as cat litter and pet food.

  2. Use crevice nozzle to increase suction and deal with dust in room corners, sofa gaps, window gaps and keyboard, etc.

  3. Use the dust brush nozzle to treat dust or pet hair adsorbed on carpets, cloth sofas, beds, etc.

  4. Use rubber nozzle to suck away a small amount of liquid spilled on the floor or countertop.

  5. Use connectors and hoses to deal with the deep space between furniture and walls and the bottom of car seats etc.

  6. Use connectors, extension pipes and floor nozzles to treat areas such as floors and stairs. You can also use one or no extension pipe to get different extension lengths

  7. Press the on/off button to start the device.

  8. Press the on/off button again to turn off the device.

Note:

  • This vacuum cleaner is suitable for handling small mess, it is fast and convenient, and not suitable for handling large tasks and deep cleaning.
  • Do not connect the adaptor when using the appliance
  • This vacuum cleaner can suck little liquid, the liquid cannot over the max level on the dust tank. After sucking the liquid, pis pour out the liquid on time, do not leave the liquid inside the dust tank.
  • You should regularly check that the nozzle is clean as any foreign object may scratching sensitive floors.

Disposal

  • If the device is to be disposed of the battery should ideally be removed.
  • Used battery should be never disposed of with household wastes; it should always be taken to a local authority recycling center.
  • If you cannot disassemble the product yourself the local authority recycling center will dispose of the product for you in an environmentally friendly manner.

The HEPA filter is wet.| Take out the HEPA filter and wait for it to dry before use.

The charging socket on the main body is loose.| Contact a professional for repair.
The battery is damaged.| Contact a professional for repair.
Abnormal noise| Foreign matter enters the motor.| Remove foreign objects with tweezers.
The motor is damaged.| Contact a professional for repair.
Slight degradation of battery life.| The inherent characteristics of the battery.| After using for about 1 year, attenuation within 20% is normal.
Less than 1 minute of battery life.| The battery is damaged.| Contact a professional for repair.

Note: where the product malfunctions or is damaged all inspections and repairs must be carried out by a qualified electrician or technician.

The Elechomes products are premium in material, craftsmanship, and service. They are effective from the date of purchase.

Elechomes will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are available to the original purchasers of our products within the first 30 days of purchase. This warranty extends only to personal use instead of commercial, rental, or any other uses in which the product is not intended for. Each product has no other warranties other than the already provided warranties.

This warranty is non-transferable. Elechomes is not responsible for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment’s failure, user’s negligence, user’s abuse, or improper operation that does not follow the included user manual.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration or vandalism.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage in return transit.
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18 years old.

Elechomes and its subsidiaries are only responsible for damages caused by the intended use or as instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the period of the limited warranty.

You can enjoy additional 6-month warranty. Just log onto www.elechomes.com/support/warranty and enter your order number (i.e. Amazon) within the first 14 days of purchase to register your new product for the extended warranty.
If you are unable to provide the order number for your product, please type a short note in the order number field along with the date you received your product.

Defective Products & Returns:
