If machine appears to be leaking, follow these steps to resolve:

The steam mop should remain moving while turned on
- If machine sits in the same spot for too long, steam may build up

Excess water may be caused by a high steam setting > Select a lower steam setting

Replace the pad if it is too damp

Inspect the water tank for cracks or damage around the clear tank area
- If tank or tank area are cracked or damaged Contact Us

Check the cap to verify it is closing properly

Do not use machine horizontally or upside-down as this will cause leaking down the front of water tank from tipping
