What is the ROKS Box?
- ROKS features revolutionary imaging technology to simplify automotive key replacement
- It’s like a car key store in a box–replace almost any key and create a new revenue stream with little-to-no investment in tools, inventory, or training

How Does It Work? It’s Easy:

PICK the vehicle| Insert the Key blade into the slot on top of the ROKS Box.
A PIC will be taken of the customer’s Original Key| The new key will be CUT
and shipped to you
What’s in the Box?
Setting Up Your ROKS Box

Unpack and remove the Power supply and AC power cord

Remove the ROKS Box from the packaging
-
Set the ROKS Box on a stable surface. Note: Make sure there is nothing within 12″ above the top of the ROKS Box.

Plug AC Power Cable into power supply

Insert the barrel power connector into the mating connector located at the bottom rear of the ROKS Box.

Now, screw the metal collar onto the mating connector until snug. This will secure the power connector to the ROKS Box.

Plug the AC Power cable into a GROUNDED 120V wall receptacle.

The LED on the power supply should light up

The ROKS Box will power up

Remove the film on the ROKS Box screen

The ROKS Box App will load automatically

Fill in the information within the First-Time setup screen.
Notes:- If you do not know the store number, contact your store manager or Car Keys Express sales representative
- Please choose a PIN that you will remember and that can be easily shared with your co-workers

When complete, click “Save” and the App will restart and be ready for you to complete your first order.
Using the ROKS Box

Touch the Start screen to begin

To start an order for a New Key for a vehicle, enter in the Make, Model, and Year.

Click “Continue”

There MAY be several very similar looking products associated with the selected vehicle. To make sure you select the correct product, be careful to fully read the product description.

Once you have identified the correct product, click “Order”

Enter in the PIN selected during setup

Select the “SUBMIT” button
-
If correct, the message “Authorized PIN” will appear. Select “OK”
-
Now that you are authorized, again select the “Order” button under the correct product.

At this point, if warning(s) appear, thoroughly read and abide by them. Click “Accept” to move forward. Warning:
Failure to follow the warning(s) could result in both the Original and the Copied Key being non-functional. -
Remove the customer’s Original Key from any key ring

As indicated by the graphic on screen, fully insert the Original Key into the top slot of the ROKS Box

Click “Next” to continue

The ROKS Box will now present you with an image of the Original Key blade

If the image of the key blade is clear and centered within the photo, click “Accept Photo”
-
Enter the First and Last name of the customer
-
Enter in your store’s Order Number.
Note: If you do not know the Order Number, contact your store manager or Car Keys Express sales representative -
Note the number that appears below. This is a unique number assigned to this order. You can reference this number if speaking with a Car Keys Express representative.

Click “Submit”

This screen will appear

Your order has been submitted to Car Keys Express

Once Car Keys Express receives all of the order details, the new key will be cut and shipped.
