Turn on and off
- When using it for the first time, please take the headphone out of the charging box and tear off the protective film. When putting the earphoneback in the charging compartment, the earphone will start charging and shut down automatically. - Press mfb (multi-function button) continuously for 2 seconds to turn on, then turn on until the blue light can be seen.

Q20 Pro-pairing / connection —play music.
Note: If the computer does not have Bluetooth, please insert the
Bluetooth adapter. Download the Bluetooth driver and then use it normally.

devices–Power Q20 Pro–pairing / connection—play music.
How to reset?

Previous Song/Volume +| Long press for 2 seconds is the previous song, short
press for volume “+”
Next Song/Volume –| Long press for 2 seconds is the next song, short press for
volume “-“
Voice Assistant| In standby status, press any one of the left and right
multi-function buttons for 2 seconds to start the Siri voice assistant.
