Product Description

A Female cord connector B LED lamp (non-replaceable)
C Attachment plug with fuse D Mounting clip and screw set

Installation

  •  Determine installation location and lay the product in place before assembly.
  • Fix the product directly to the structural support. Use provided mounting clips (D).
  • Connect the plug (C) to a suitable outlet. The product lights up.

Connecting in series

To attach additional rope lights, unscrew the end cap on the female cord connector (A) and remove the end plug. Then connect the male cord connector from another set and tightly screw the end cap.

WARNING : Risk of electric shock! Do not combine more than:

  • 4 sets for 40-foot (12 meters) version or
  •  8 sets for 20-foot (6 meters) version.

Total length of a set should not exceed 160-foot (48 meters).

Use and Care Instructions

WARNING Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug before cleaning.
_ WARNING _Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.

Cleaning

  • To clean, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
  •  Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.

Maintenance

  • When the product is placed on a live tree, the tree should be well maintained and fresh. Do not place on live trees in which the needles are brown or break off easily. Keep the tree holder filled with water.
  • If the product is placed on a tree, the tree should be well secured and stable.
  • Before using or reusing, inspect product carefully. Discard any products that have cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation or cords, cracks in the lampholders or enclosures, loose connections, or exposed copper wire.
  •  When storing the product, carefully remove the product from wherever it is placed to avoid any undue strain or stress on the product conductors, connections, and wires.
  •  When not in use, store neatly in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

User Servicing Instructions

Fuse replacement

NOTICE The product requires a max. 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.

  • Grasp the plug (C) and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
  • Slide open the fuse access cover on top of the plug (C) towards blades.
  •  Remove the fuse carefully. Use a pointed object to push the fuse out of the socket.
  • Replace the fuse with a spare one located in the fuse compartment and slide close the fuse access cover on top of the plug (C).

CAUTION Risk of fire! Replace only with max. 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse.
CAUTION Risk of fire! Do not replace the plug (C). It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the plug (C) is damaged.
