Common problems and solutions
-
Cell phone does not detect the TITAN Solutions:
1) Confirm that the wireless earphone is turned on and in pairing mode. If the blue and red LEDs are flashing alternately, the earphone is in pairing mode.
2) If the wireless earphone is turned on but still can’t be found on your Bluetooth device, restart both the cell phone and the wireless earphone and then try again. -
After connecting the wireless earphone with your mobile phone, you experience disconnections or low sound quality. Solutions:
1) This wireless earphone may have low battery. Recharge the device as needed.
2) There may be an obstacle between your cell phone and the wireless earphone. Ensure this is not the case. You should be aware that your hand may obstruct communication if you are holding it against the TITAN. Make sure the line of communication is clear of any obstruction between these two devices.
3) Your wireless earphone may be out of range. Try moving it closer to your cell phone for best results. -
The wireless earphone has connected successfully, but you can’t listen to music. Solutions:
1) Some cell phones do not have a complete Bluetooth function and stereo Bluetooth module that are required to listen to music. Please test whether this is the case by connecting your wireless earphone with another cell phone. If you can listen to music through the other cell phone, the wireless earphone is functioning as it should.
2) Check your Bluetooth settings of handsfree mode. -
How to use the wireless earphone to listen to music or
chat on computer?
If your computer has a Bluetooth function, simply open it and search for the wireless earphone.
If your computer does not have a Bluetooth function, then you will need a wireless adapter in order to connect your computer to the TITAN. We recommend IVT wireless adapters. -
What’s the Bluetooth pairing password?
The Bluetooth pairing password is 0000. Only a very small proportion of cell phones require manual password entry. Most cell phones enter this password automatically. -
The red light is not on when charging Solutions:
If the Bluetooth earphone has not been used for a long time, it may need to be charged. Try charging the TITAN for 30 minutes. The red light should come on again.
