If the handle is not fully extended the unit will not spray
To extend the handle, twist blue collar to unlock position, pull the handle upward to extend completely, and twist blue collar to lock (to keep handle fully extended)

Make sure there is water in the Solution Tank
- Because the unit is gravity fed, there must be at least 3 ½ inches of liquid in the tank for the unit to spray
- Replace the cap and turn it upside down and press the X valve in the middle over a sink and water should flow out of it

If the water tank is full, remove the tank and squeeze the water trigger on the handle as the tank is reinserted, holding the trigger for 15 seconds

Inspect the screws on the back of the upper handle and make sure they are firmly in place

If the machine continues not to spray, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
