Plug machine in

After about 20 seconds, the light will illuminate blue when ready to use

Test trigger for tension
- If there is no tension; unplug machine, remove and reinstall handle
- The looped handle should be facing away from machine on the power cord side
- Verify the handle is locked and screwed in tightly
- If there is tension; proceed to the next step

Examine the filter
- Take out filter
- Inspect for cracks or damage, replace as needed
- Verify the color of the filter beads, they should be green
- If the beads are blue, filter needs to be replaced
- Confirm filter is seated correctly with no gaps

Examine the water tank
- Take out and fill the water tank
- Inspect tank for cracks or leaks
- If there are cracks, replacement tank needs to be ordered
- Reinsert tank making sure it is seated correctly with no gaps

Plug machine in and verify the Ready Light is on
- After about 20 seconds, the light will illuminate to indicate it is ready to use
- If the light did not illuminate
- Verify the power cord is plugged into a functioning outlet
- If ready light will not come on, please Contact Us
- If the ready light illuminates
- Press and hold the trigger, it may take up to 2 minutes to steam
- With the tank removed, test for steam by pouring a small amount of water into the hole where the tank connects to the machine
- Press and hold the trigger for up to 2 minutes
- If no steam, remove mop-head, aim spray tip end in sink or tub, press trigger, and look for steam
- Do not put any body parts near the end of the machine when checking for steam
- If there is no steam with the mop-head removed,
- Unplug machine and let it sit for at least 5 min to cool
- Clean the spray tip with paper clip
- If still no steam, please Contact Us
- If there is steam with the mop-head removed,
- Clean spray tips with a toothpick or paperclip
- Pour white vinegar through the top of the mop head to clear clogs
- Flush vinegar out of machine by running warm water through it
- DO NOT RUN VINEGAR THROUGH THE MACHINE
- Reattach mop head to machine and test for steam by spraying into sink or tub
- If still no steam, please Contact Us
- If there is no steam with the mop-head removed,
