Product Overview

• This product is specially designed for charging mobile phones while carrying mobile phones on motorcycles. It is suitable for direct installation and use of many BMW models with original navigation power supply seats
• This product has a waterproof design and is suitable for all-weather outdoor use. The waterproof level is IP65. It can be cleaned directly with a high-pressure water gun (please confirm that the USB waterproof plug has been completely covered and placed before cleaning)

Instructions
Place / remove the phone
it is recommended to place the mobile phone as follows:

1. Place the mobile phone horizontally and hold the upper edge of the mobile phone with one hand;
2. Place the lower edge of the mobile phone on the movable snap part first;
3. Press the mobile phone down to move the moving parts down. When the mobile phone moves down and the upper edge is lower than the upper edge of the charging device, push the mobile phone backward to make the upper edge of the mobile phone snap into the card slot on the top of the charging device.

Note: the upper edge of the mobile phone bracket and the edge rubber of the latch position are designed to adapt to the vast majority of mobile phones, which will not affect the use of the mobile phone due to clamping the mobile phone and accidentally touching the keys on the edge of the mobile phone. If the above situation occurs when you use this product, please check whether the mobile phone is fully placed, and turn the direction of the mobile phone to observe the positioning;

• about lights Blue light: indicates that the wireless charging is on, but it is not in the wireless charging state

• red light: indicates that wireless charging is in progress

• light off: indicates that the wireless charging function has been turned off

• light Alternation: indicates that the wireless charging protocol is in docking
  Note: for some models, the light of the wireless charger remains on for 60 seconds after the ignition is off, which is the function of the vehicle ACC power supply control delay function. When the ACC power supply is stopped, the power supply of the wireless charger is cut off, and the light goes out.

• wireless charging/switch control

• before using wireless charging, please confirm that your vehicle is in the power supply state (the key door is opened) and the blue light on the top of the wireless charging device is on

• after placing the mobile phone with the wireless charging function on the wireless charging device, the blue light will automatically switch to the red light, indicating that the wireless charging is in progress, and the mobile phone synchronously displays that the charging is in progress

• note: the intermittent and alternating flashing of blue light and red light in some models of mobile phones indicates that the mobile phone and wireless charging equipment are in the process of charging protocol docking. After several times, the red light continues to light, and the charging can be maintained normally

• when the mobile phone is fully charged (100% of the mobile phone), the wireless charging will stop automatically, At this time, the indicator light is switched from red light to blue light

• if you need to turn off / on the wireless charging function in the wireless charging state, you can press the switch button on the back of the device once. At this time, the light is switched to blue, indicating that the wireless charging has been turned off and the mobile phone charging has stopped synchronously; To turn on the wireless charging function again, press again And the back switch button. At this time, the light is switched to red, and the mobile phone charging synchronization starts

• if you need to turn off the wireless charging and lighting completely, press and hold the switch button on the back of the device for 2 seconds. At this time, the wireless charging function is turned off and the lighting is turned off

• note: no matter whether the wireless charging device is on or off and the light is on or off, when the vehicle power is cut off and the power is restored, the wireless charging device will return to the initial standby state (wireless charging on, blue light on)

• type-C output interface

• the equipment provides one type-C output interface, which is not affected by wireless charging When used;

• The type-C interface is not controlled by the back switch. Even when the wireless charging is completely off, the type-C interface can still provide a power supply

• the upper type-C is the standard DC 9V 1.1A, DC 5V 1A output. This interface can provide stable power output for any 5V power supply equipment, such as charging the power bank, charging the Bluetooth headset, and supplying power to the dash cam.

• safety locking device
  This product only has a safety locking device. This device is to ensure that the mobile phone’s movable lock is firmly fastened, so as to ensure that the mobile phone will not fall off accidentally under the influence of external forces. The handle at the bottom of the support is placed on the left for locking

• place the handle at the bottom of the support at the right position to unlock

Note: in order to ensure reliable locking, the force when pulling the locking handle when carrying the mobile phone is large (the effect is small when the mobile phone is not placed), which meets the design requirements. This stress acts on the moving parts and will not touch the mobile phone. • intermittent blue lights

• please remove the wireless charging device from the power supply base and check whether the connecting pins of the power supply base / or the original power supply base are intact without dirt and wear. Please wipe the four connecting pins on the top of the power supply base with alcohol to remove dirt or oxide, and then install the wireless charging device again to try again; If the connecting pin is found to be worn, it is recommended to replace it with a new power supply base

• the blue light is always on, but the mobile phone does not charge. Confirm whether your mobile phone supports wireless charging function; Whether there are metal substances on the back of the mobile phone, including metal finger rings, metal magnetic absorbers (excluding Apple built-in), gilding decorations on the edge of the lens, mobile phone cases containing metal substances, etc; Check whether the thickness of the mobile phone case is greater than 3.5mm.

• please check whether the vehicle battery is out of power. It is recommended to charge it after starting the vehicle.

• the red and blue lights flash alternately, and the mobile phone is not charged

• Please check whether the mobile phone is placed as close to the center of the wireless charging device as possible please check whether there are abnormalities in the mobile phone case, such as special / metal material, thickness greater than In case of 3.5mm, please take off the mobile phone case and try wireless charging. If the above situation occurs to your vehicle, please do not place the electronic key in the fuel tank storage box or fuel tank bag, and it is recommended to place it in the riding suit pocket or trunk.

  Precautions during installation and use

• do not install this product upside down. The gap between the movable parts and the locking device may cause water to accumulate inside the product due to water ingress.

• when using the installation method of screwing in the fixing bolts at the back, the screw torque should not be too tight, which will strain the back plate of the product or even deform.

• this product has a double-layer waterproof design inside and outside, which can effectively cope with daily rain, car washing, and other use scenarios, but please confirm that the USB rubber plug should be completely closed when washing the car; When there is a USB device connected, using a high-pressure water gun to flush may cause water ingress.

• the internal circuit surface of the product has waterproof treatment, which can avoid the influence of condensation caused by temperature differences on the circuit; If other devices are connected at the USB interface, the possibility of draining water through the USB port due to the connection plug and continuous rainfall cannot be ruled out. In this environment, it is recommended to cover the USB according to the actual situation to prevent the possibility of water inflow.
