If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an

obstruction in the air pathway

Follow these steps to resolve:

  • Test for suction at the end of the Extension Wand

    • Remove Foot from the end of the Extension Wand
    • Turn On, hold hand over end of Extension Wand
  • Is there suction at the end of the Extension Wand?

    • Yes > Go to Brush/Foot Area
    • No > Disconnect the Extension Wand from the Hand Vac
    • Turn On, hold hand on end of Hand Vac (where Extension Wand connects)
  • Is there suction at the end of the Hand Vac opening?

    • Yes > This would indicate there is a clog in the Extension Wand
    • Look through Extension Wand > Clear debris
  • No > Remove Hand Vac and clear debris from openings

  • Turn ON > Hold hand over Circular Suction Inlet (Where top of Dirt Tank fits)

  • Is there suction at the Circular Suction Inlet?
