Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of the wireless indoor/ outdoor humidity and temperature monitor. You will now be able to know the outdoor/indoor temperature and humidity while sitting inside.

- LCD display: Displays the current outdoor humidity/ temperature and indoor humidity/temperature.
- Battery Compartment: Holds 2 AAA batteries to power the unit.

- Humidity range: 10% — 99%.

Buttons
: Touch once to turn on/off the backlight. If the button is not pressed in 15
seconds, the backlight will automatically turn off.
MAX/MIN/CLEAR: Press once to display the maximum or minimum temperature
and humidity; Press and hold to clear the history data.
°F/°C/All-time/24: Press to select the temperature display in °C or °F;
After pressing the MAX/MIN button, and the display shows the maximum or
minimum temperature and humidity. Touch this button once to set the maximum
and minimum data recording time interval between ALL TIME or 24 hours.
Note: Both ALL TIME and 24 hours represent the last time after you manually cleared the history data or installed a new battery.
CHANNEL/SYNC: Press to switch between the temperature readings from up to 3 outdoor remote sensors; Press and hold this button to enter the synchronization mode.
Temperature & Humidity Trend
- indicates the temperature & humidity are in an upward trend.
- → indicates the temperature & humidity is in a no change trend.

- Built-in rechargeable lithium battery: Type 18650.
- Rain-proof and wall-mount design.
- Outdoor Temperature range: -31°F-158°F(-35°C-70°C).
- Humidity range: 10% – 99%. (ON: Flash 1 time, of Flash 3 times)
To access the CHANNEL SELECTOR and RESET buttons, you need to unscrew the cover as per Fig.
CHANNEL Selector (1,2,3): Slide to set Channel 1,2 or 3.
RESET: Press once to reset the remote sensor.
: Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn ON/OFF the unit.
( ON: Flash 1 Time, OFF : Flash 3 Times)
Synchronize Remote Sensors with The Base Station
- Bring the remote sensor near the base station;
- Once the batteries are installed into the base station, the RF indicator will flash for 3 minutes, indicating that the base station is in synchronization mode and is waiting for remote sensors to be registered.
- Set the CHANNEL selector on the back of the remote sensor unit to position 1 or 2 or 3. The unit is preset on Channel 1 and you can always leave it unchanged unless you have purchased more than 1 remote sensor.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the back of the remote sensor for 2 seconds to turn on the remote sensor. If done correctly, the temperature/humidity of the remote sensor will appear on the base station.
- IF the RF indicator no longer flashes and the remote sensor temperature is not displayed on the base station. Press and hold the CHANNEL/SYNC button on the back of the base station for 3-4 seconds until the RF indicator flashes again to set it back in synchronization mode;
- If you have additional remote sensors, repeat the above steps to synchronize the additional remote sensors. Please note the additional sensors should be set to a different channel.
- If you have registered more than one sensor, press the CHANNEL/SYNC button on the base station to select the remote channel you want to be displayed permanently on the base station. If you wish to cycle through all the channels, press the CHANNEL/SYNC button until you observe a circular arrow on the base station LCD display, the unit will auto-scroll, changing from channel to channel every 5 seconds. Press the CHANNEL button until you observe the circular arrow disappear, the unit will stop cycling.
Low Battery Warning
If the battery power (base station or remote sensor) is low, there will be a
low battery icon showing on the base station display.
If the low battery icon for the base station appears, please replace the
batteries with new batteries.
If the low battery icon for the remote sensor appears, please charge the
remote sensor as soon as you can.
Installing Batteries
- Base station: open the battery compartment of the base station and insert two “AAA” batteries with the correct polarity.
- Remote sensor: A built-in rechargeable lithium battery is installed in the remote sensor. Although there could be some power in the rechargeable battery before the unit leaves the manufacturing facility, it is always good to fully recharge the remote sensor before using by following the steps below:
Note, the package does not INCLUDE a wall adapter. Simply use any cellphone wall charger with a USB socket to charge the battery.
a. Connect the charger to the charging socket located on the back of the
remote sensor;
b. Plug the charger into a standard AC outlet;
c. The red light on the remote sensor will light up;
d. Charge it for at least 4 hours until the light changes from red to green
which indicates charging is complete.
Place the Base Station and Remote Sensor
- The indoor base station (receiver) should always be placed in a well-ventilated indoor area and located away from vents, heating or cooling elements, direct sunlight, windows, doors, or any other openings.
- The remote sensor (transmitter) can be placed on a flat surface indoors or outdoors. Make sure the sensor is within the wireless distance from the base station and with minimal obstructions. Although the remote sensor is designed to be rain-proof, it still must always be put in a dry place avoiding direct rainfall.
- The base station and remote sensor can both be wall mounted.
Maximum & Minimum Recorded Temperature **& Humidity**
- Press MAX/MIN/Clear button once to display the highest indoor and outdoor temperatures/humidity recorded. MAX is shown on the display.
- Press MAX/MIN/Clear button again to display the lowest indoor and outdoor temperatures/humidity recorded. MIN is shown on the display.
- To clear and reset the max/min records, press and hold MAX/MIN/Clear for 3 seconds.
- When the MAX or MIN records are shown on the LCD display, press the ALL-TIME/24 button once to select the data recording time interval between ALL TIME or 24 hours.
Note: Both ALL TIME and 24 hours represent the time since you last time manually cleared the history data or battery installation.
Hints and Tips
If the receiver can’t connect to the transmitter, try the following:
- Repeat the synchronization process as described above.
- Relocate the base station or the remote unit until the connection is established again.
- Signals from other electronic devices may cause Place the base station and receiver away from these devices.
- If the base station is attached to a refrigerator or a metal object by a magnet, the transmission range may be Remove the base station from the refrigerator or the metal object or place the base station and remote sensor as close as possible.
Warnings
- Do not subject the unit to excessive force, shock, dust, temperature, or humidity.
- Do not immerse the unit in water.
- Do not remove any screws.
- Do not dispose of this unit in a fire. IT MAY EXPLODE.
- Keep unit away from children. The unit or parts of the unit might be a choking hazard.
- Dispose of the unit legally and recycle when possible.
