Limits in the intended use or foreseeable misuse

  1. Do not disassemble the device. If a repair is necessary, contact a Tech made sales center or service center.
  2. It is recommended to keep away from electrical equipment.
  3. Do not subject the appliance to shocks, knocks or vibrations.
  4. Keep away from heat sources such as radiators or kitchens.
  5. Do not hold the device with wet hands while it is charging. This could cause electric shock or seriously damage the appliance.
  6. In the event of immersion in salt water, immediately rinse with fresh water to avoid any damage. Therefore we do not recommend to immerse the device in salt water when possible to avoid damage to the metal components (case, buckle, etc.) due to the corrosive agents contained in it.
  7. If the device falls or is bumped, water protection may be damaged.
  8. Do not charge the device near flammable materials, which could catch fire due to the developed heat.
  9. Take care of the battery charging socket / connection. The battery can be recharged hundreds of times before it needs to be replaced.
  10. Techmade is not responsible for performance problems caused by applications from suppliers other than Techmade.
  11. Do not modify the product in any way. Techmade is not responsible for performance or incompatibility problems caused by changes to registry settings or operating system software. Attempting to customize the operating system may cause the product or application to malfunction.
  12. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Product composed of small parts. Swallowing may cause choking hazard.

Product warranty
24 months warranty for final consumer and 12 months for professional operator. Opening or attempting to open the product will void the warranty and could constitute a safety hazard.

Battery recharge

Drying
Do not attempt to dry the product using a microwave oven, traditional oven or a hairdryer. Use a dry cloth or mild detergent.

The European directive 2012/19 /EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) states that these appliances must not be disposed of in the normal flow of municipal solid waste, but that they are collected separately -to optimize the flow of recovery and recycling of materials they compose them and prevent potential damage to health and the environment due to the presence of potentially dangerous substances. Charge the device before use.
To recharge the device, insert the USB port in a charger (AC 5V, 500 mAh) or PC and position it correctly on the charging base.

Notice:

  1. Use the charger only on a flat and stable surface.
  2. If there is an obstacle between the smartwatch and the charging base, the smartwatch may not charge properly.
  3. After charging the smartwatch, disconnect the power supply (do not leave the device in charge for whole nights). To avoid damaging the device, use the original refill accessories provided.
  4. Do not use if the charging device is damaged.
  5. Disconnect the charging device during cleaning of the smartwatch, during a storm or during a prolonged period of inactivity.
  6. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the smartwatch, the charging cable or the charging base.
  7. Do not twist or pinch the charging cable.
  8. Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery. The substances contained in this product and the battery can cause damage to the environment or health. Please dispose of it properly.

Note:

– Before connecting the device, make sure the battery is fully charged, and that the smartphone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
– Before coupling the device, make sure that a previous connection is not already active; in the case, dissociate the previous connection and re-pair exclusively through the app.
– Make sure that the distance between the smartphone and the smartwatch is not excessive and that there is no interference between the two devices.
– Some functions and/ or features may not be available for all commercially available smartphones (Android and Apple).

5. Main menu and functions

These functions cannot replace medical instruments. This product is not a medical device. It must not be used for any diagnosis nor for other medical applications, especially in the presence of previously diagnosed diseases.

Pedometer: The smartwatch will automatically detect i steps, distance and calories burned.
NB: Distance, calories and others details may be displayed via app. The statistics will reset to zero end of the day.

Sleep monitor: Smartwatch will detect the duration sleep and statistics on its quality. The statistics will come displayed after 8:00.

Heart rate: Beats measurement heart.

NB: It is possible activate/ deactivate this function via app.

Remote acquisition: After the connection, you can take pictures by pressing a button on the smartwatch.

Relax: Exercises of breathing. Inhale and exhale following the instructions on the smartwatch.

Wake Up: Set an alarm (via app) and the device will begin to vibrate at the time established.

Movement reminder: The device will start at vibrate to remind you of move after 1 hour of inactivity.
NB: It is possible activate/ deactivate this function via app.

Other features: Silent, brightness, shutdown and reset.

6. Troubleshooting

– I can’t connect my smartwatch

  1. Check that your smartphone’s GPS and Bluetooth are active.
  2. Make sure the smartwatch and the smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters.
  3. Check if the smartphone is in airplane mode. In airplane mode, the smartwatch cannot be connected.
  4. Make sure the smartwatch is not connected to another account or smartphone.
  5. Make sure your smartphone’s operating system is Android 5.0 or later, iOS 11.0 or later.
  6. Make sure that a previous connection is not already active; in the case, dissociate the previous connection and re-pair exclusively through the app.

– I can’t synchronize the clock data

  1. Check that your smartphone’s GPS and Bluetooth are active.
  2. Make sure the smartwatch and the smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters.
  3. Check if the smartphone is in airplane mode. In airplane mode, the smartwatch cannot be connected.
  4. Make sure the smartwatch is connected to the smartphone via the APP.

– I can’t receive notifications

  1. Make sure that notification permissions are active on the app.
  2. Make sure the smartwatch and the smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters.

– The alarm / schedule reminder does not work

Make sure the settings have been “saved” after being changed in the app.

– The heart rate value is not accurate or cannot be detected

Make sure the heart rate sensor is clean and wear the device firmly. Do not move during detection, sit down and maintain a correct position in order to have a more precise heart rate value.

TECHMADE offers its customers the opportunity to change their choice within 8 (eight) days from the date of purchase provided that the returned products are undamaged. The “Always satisfied” is added, but does not replace, the Legal Warranty of 2 years, however, rightly due to the consumer, subject to the conditions and limitations laid down by law (2 years warranty if proof of purchase is the receipt, 1 year warranty for the invoice).

The term of 8 (eight) days from the date of purchase is considered mandatory;

It is necessary to go at the Point of Sale TECHMADE where you purchased the product and its receipt and/ or invoice;

The product must be returned in original packaging and complete with all accessories, user manuals, warranty and instructions sheet present at the time of sale;

The substitution may occur only with another product of equal value, or a product of higher price after payment of the difference;

Under this warranty will be held TECHMADE, solely and exclusively, to repair the defective components or, at its option, replace the defective product or a part, by any other product which is identical or at least functionally equivalent.

Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized service center TECH MADE. Will not be refunded any repairs carried out by non TECH MADE center and warranty coverage will not extended to repairs or damage caused by such repairs.

Performing a repair and/ or replacement, as provided under this warranty, does not extend the same or the renewal of its starting date. Both the repair, or replacement carried out under the terms of this warranty, can also be performed by use of parts or units are not identical but functionally equivalent to the object of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to cases other than defects in the material, design or workmanship. In particular does not cover the following:

– Inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to the normal wear and tear.
-Abuse or misuse, including but not limited to inability to use the product for normal purposes or in accordance with the instructions for use and maintenance of TECHMADE.
– Updating the software as a result of changes to the network parameters.
– Use this product in conjunction with accessories not approved by TECH MADE as suitable for the product.
– Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the technical or safety standards currently in force, or contravention of the instructions in the manual.
-Accidents, natural disasters or other causes beyond the control of TECH MADE, caused by lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation and disorder.
– Changes have been made to the product.
– Damage to the battery caused by overloads or use in disagreement with the specific instructions for proper maintenance highlighted in the product manual.
– Repairs carried out by non-authorized service centers, such as opening the product by unauthorized personnel.
-The model, serial number have been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
-The batteries are recharged by chargers of different model than the one supplied with the product.

For matters not otherwise provided for, the conditions of Italian law regarding warranty against defects.

For the purposes of repair or replacement of the product, TECHMADE reserves the right to use components, replacement parts or remanufactured products, which are those components, replacement parts or products with characteristics equal to or higher than those for repair and/ or replace, and subsequently regenerated and tested by TECHMADE.
