Introduction
The MartinLogan Motion® 6 boasts an excellent Folded Motion tweeter and powerful bass technology in a small and reasonably priced package. Its clarity and detail are inspired by our ultra-high-end electrostatic loudspeakers. The Motion 6 tweeter’s lightning-fast response and large surface area, which is eight times larger than that of a typical one-inch dome tweeter, are key to its performance. These factors combine to produce a smooth, refined sound with astounding dynamic range and jaw-dropping clarity that is sure to make both audiophiles and non-audiophiles green with envy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I clean my speakers?****
Use a dust free cloth (such as a micro fiber cloth) or a soft brush to remove dust from your speakers. Do not spray any kind of cleaning agent on or in close proximity to the drivers.
Could you suggest a list of suitable electronics and cables ideal for MartinLogan speakers?****
We have no favorites and use electronics and cables quite interchangeably. We would suggest listening to a number of brands and above all else trust your ears. Dealers are always the best source for information when purchasing additional audio equipment.
Is there likely to be any interaction between my speakers and the television in my A/V system?****
Yes. These speakers are not shielded and should be kept at least 2 feet away from a CRT television.
Will exposure to sunlight affect the life or performance of my speakers?****
We recommend against placing any loudspeaker in direct sunlight. Ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun can cause deterioration of cabinet, speaker cones, etc. Small exposures to UV will not cause a problem. Filtering of UV rays through glass will greatly reduce the negative effects.
How much power?****
130 or more watts
What dimensions are the speakers?****
two 3.5-inch speakers, each with a 1.5-ribbon tweeter
What are the dimensions?****
Dimensions: 5.25″ high, 17.5″ wide, and 3.75″ deep
Will they work with Bose cube tweeter and Bose subwoofer?****
Yes, sir, these speakers function admirably with any other brand.
How do I configure my center speaker?****
Always place the center channel speaker as close to the image as you can, whether in front of or behind the screen.
Can any speaker be used as the center channel?****
Aside from a subwoofer, you can use any speaker for your center channel, but ideally you should choose one with a horizontal cabinet shape rather than a vertical or square one.
A three-way center channel speaker is what?****
The 3-way speaker, often known as the midrange, woofer, and tweeter drivers, produce sound.
Should center speakers be louder than front?****
No, when tuned properly, the middle shouldn’t be louder than the fronts. Because of the setup’s numbers, the center is not louder (or not as loud).
Should bass be in the middle channel?****
You don’t need your center channel speaker to have a lot of bass. This is due to the fact that most movie soundtracks’ center channels don’t have a lot of bass information.
Should I play music through the center speaker?****
If you are only setting up your system for music, a center channel speaker is usually not necessary.
