Thanks for getting your hands on a pair of Wyze Buds Pro. If this is your first Wyze product, welcome to the Wyze family!
GET STARTED
Download the Wyze app & sign in or create an account.
- Open the Wyze app. Tap the + plus sign, then Add a New Device. On the Add Device screen, tap Lifestyle then Wyze Buds Pro. Follow the instructions in the app to complete setup.
- You’re all set. Enjoy your Wyze Buds Pro!
PAIR BLUETOOTH
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case lid open. Press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the charging case until the LED light inside the case starts blinking.
CONTROL NOISE CANCELLATION
Tap and hold the touch area on either earbud to switch noise cancellation modes.
Noise Cancellation On Best for deep focus and an immersive audio experience.
No Noise Cancellation Best for windy environments.
Transparency Mode Amplifies your surroundings. Best for the outdoors and high-traffic areas.

CHARGING
Your earbuds charge whenever they’re in the charging case. A 15-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of listening time. You can charge the case with the included USB Type-C cable, or with a Qi-Certified wireless charger.
FACTORY RESET
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case lid open. To clear the Bluetooth device list, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the case for 7 seconds.
To factory reset the earbuds, press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing button on the right side of the case for 20 seconds.

The highest reported SAR values of left earbud for head is 0.07W/kg, and the highest reported SAR values of right earbud for head is 0.20W/kg. This device was tested for typical head operations with the back of these earbuds kept Omm from the head. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
