Q: Why sometimes the camera cannot capture some obvious movements?
A: Only when motion is detected will it begin to record, which guarantees the
lowest energy consumption. If the object passes quickly, there might be a
situation where the camera starts recording but the object is already out of
the view range. Adjust PIR sensitivity for better accuracy:
- Low: Recording triggerd when the motion lasts for 7 seconds within the detection range
- Medium: Recording triggerd when the action lasts for 3 seconds within the detection range
- High: Recording triggerd in less than 1 second when motion detected.
Q: Why is the security camera unable to achieve 24/7 uninterrupted
recording?
A: Due to its low consumption & super long battery life characters, the
camera ONLY STARTS RECORDING A CLIP WHEN MOTION IS DETECTED. Which means a
24/7 detection is available, but 24/7 recording is not supported.
Q: What are the requirements for mobile phone and network?
A: This product supports android 5.0 or iOS10.0 above Mobile OS. The device
needs to be connected via 2.4G WiFi. Please note that 5G Wi-Fi is not
supported.
Q: The video quality seems blurry, not the 1080P HD?
A: The camera is defaulted as SD(720P) for a smooth transmission. You can
click the“SD”botton to change to HD (1080P) for higher resolution. Or set
HD(1080p) as default from common settings.
Q: Can I directly download the SD Card Video clips to local phone album?
A: Currently not available in the App. It only supports cloud storage clips
download to mobile device. You can playback the videos by date in the App
after switching to SD card playback mode.
Q: What will happen if the memory card is full?
