Charging Method

Wireless charging mode

  1. Press the power button once to activate the wireless fast charging mode. (The LED screen will show the current battery level of the portable charger and the green lightning symbol.)
  • Press the power button twice in succession, the LED light will go out and the power will be turned off. 2. Place your phone on the portable charger. For best results, make sure it is centered on the circular icon of the portable charger. 3. Remove the portable charger or double-press the power button to end charging. (Press the power button once to wake up the device to charge again.)

NOTE:

  • The device to be charged needs to support wireless charging capability. Wireless charging supports a maximum output of 15W, and iPhone supports a maximum wireless output of 7.5W.
  • Magnetic suction function is compatible with iPhone 12/13/14/15 Series or newer models.

Wired charging mode

  1. Use a compatible charging cable charge the device by connecting the output port (Type-C or USB-A output port) of portable charger.
  2. When charging, the digital display show the current battery level of the portable charger.
  3. Remove the charging cable or double-press the power button to end charging. (Press the power button once to wake up the device to charge again.)

NOTE:

  • In wired charging mode, Do not need to press the power button to turn on, please charge directly.
  • To protect the battery life of the phone, when the phone is charged to about 80%, it will automatically turn off the fast charging mode.

Simultaneous wired & wireless charging

Press the power button, place the phone on the portable charger, and connect portable charger to two other devices with adapted charging cables .

NOTE:

  • This product supports up to three devices charging at the same time(USB-A/Type-C/wireless charging).
  • When multi-device are charged at the same time, the product may heat up due to the increase power. This is a normal phenomenon, please don’t worry.
  • In order to prolong the life of the product, the output speed may be slow when the multi-device are charged at the same time.

Charge for Portable Charger

  1. Use the type-c charging cable(provided) to connect your computer(with power on) or an adapter(not provided) to your portable charger.
  2. When the device starts charging, the LED light displays 188 first and then the single-digit number flashes.
  3.  Low battery prompt: When the power is below 10%, please charge it in time.

Important Safety Precaution

[WARNING] – When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. Upon initial use or after a prolonged storage period, fully charge it once. The unit’s full performance is achieved only after 2 or 3 completed charge and discharge cycles.
  2. Please charge the product every three months when it’s been idle status.
  3. Don’t use rough chemicals, like soap or cleanser to scrub it.
  4. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary – when the product is used near children.
  5. Portable chargers are not allowed in checked luggage on commercial airline flights. Handle with care and dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
  • Do not put your fingers or hands into the product.
  • Do not expose the portable charger to rain or snow.
  • Keep the battery dry and ventilated.
  • Do not use the power supply or charger not recommended or sold by power pack injury to persons.
  • Do not charge the portable charger for more than 10 hours and do not leave it unattended. Disconnect the portable charger when not in use.
  • Do not use the portable charger in excess of its output rating-Overload outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
  • Do not use the portable charger that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
  • Do not disassemble the portable charger. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
  • Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Never store or use this product in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 115°F (45°C).
  • If the power supply is found to have hidden dangers, or other problems, to immediately terminate the use.

Q & A

  • Q: Can’t charge the portable charger.
    A: The portable charger is wrong connected to the AC charger.

    • It does not work with the AC charger. Please change an AC charger.
    • This product is a breakdown with an internal circuit. Please contact us by Amazon.
  • Q: No response with the being charged device.
    A: Too low power with this product, please recharge for this product.

    • The voltage of being charged device is not compatible with this product. Please check the voltage of your device.
    • This product is wrong connected with being charged device.
    • The charging cable and connectors are damaged. Please change them.
    • This product is a breakdown with an internal circuit. Please contact us by amazon.
    • Using a charging line to connect the output port to the input port by mistake will cause
      short-circuit protection. You should disconnect it. The product is connected to the AC charger or computer USB to be charged to solve short circuit protection.
