My Fun Tub™
INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Thank you for purchasing the My Fun Tub by Summer Infant. This 3-stage tub is designed to grow with your little one from newborn, to infant and toddler stages of bathing. The battery-operated submarine sprayer toy provides an element of fun to each bath, and can even be used in the adult tub when the time comes!

WARNING

Drowning Hazard: Babies have drowned while using infant bathtubs and slings.
To prevent drowning:

  • Stay in the arm’s reach of your baby.

  • Never rely on a toddler or preschooler to help your baby or alert you to trouble.
    Babies have drowned even with other children in or near bathtubs.

  • Babies can drown in as little as 1 inch of water. Use as little water as possible to bathe your baby.

  • Use an empty adult tub or sink.

  • Keep draining open in adult tub or sink.

  • NEVER bathe the baby until you have tested the water temperature. ALWAYS check the water temperature before placing a child into the tub.

  • Bathwater should be between 90°F and 100°F (32.2°C and 37.8°C).

  • This product is not a toy. DO NOT allow children to play with it.

Fall Hazard: Babies have suffered head injuries falling from infant bathtubs and slings.

To prevent falls:

  • Place tub only in adult tub or sink.
  • Never lift or carry a baby in the tub and/or sling.
  • Never use on uneven or elevated surfaces.
  • NEVER leave children unattended.
  • Discontinue use of product if damaged, broken, or disassembled.

BATTERY WARNING

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
  • Remove batteries when the product is stored for long periods of time or when batteries are exhausted.
  • Dispose of exhausted batteries according to instructions.
  • Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
  • Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
  • CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
  • Keep all batteries away from children.

| Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the battery compartment and insert 3 “AA” batteries.

| Close and refasten the battery compartment door.
| Attach the toy to the side f the tub using the provided suction cup.
| Fill the tub with 1″ of water, then press the button to turn the sprayer on and off!
| Bend the hose to redirect the water flow.

If your sprayer is not working, follow the below steps:

  1. Turn the sprayer off.
  2. Straighten out the hose (Figure A) and submerge both ends of the sprayer just beneath water level (Figure B). Be sure to keep the hose straight and submerged during this process.
  3. Turn the sprayer on with both ends submerged, the sprayer should start to produce bubbles. Once bubbles are visible, the sprayer is ready for use.
  4. Turn the sprayer off and mount it to the tub wall (Figure C).
  5. Once mounted, turn on the sprayer for regular use.

NOTE: It may take a few seconds for the sprayer to produce bubbles.
For best use, DO NOT overbend the hose.

To remove the sprayer from the tub:

  1. Pull tabs on the suction cup (Figure D) to release from the tub wall.

  • Newborn Sling: Rinse sling with clean, warm water and mild soap. Air dry.
  • Tub: Clean with a damp cloth, mild soap, and clean warm water.
  • Make sure all screws on the battery compartment are tight.
  • Do not use the product if any components are damaged.
  • Remove batteries before any long storage periods.
