Infant Floor/Support Seat Use
WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Infants have suffered skull fractures falling while in and from floor seats:

Use ONLY on the floor.

NEVER use on an elevated surface.

ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
-
NEVER lift or carry child in the product.
-
Use ONLY with a child that is able to hold their head up unassisted.
-
STOP using when child can climb out or walk.
-
ALWAYS keep child in view while in product.
DROWNING HAZARD : Infants have drowned when floor seat has been placed in a bath tub or pool. -
NEVER use in or near water.
Booster Seat Use
Children have suffered head injuries, including skull fractures, after falling with or from booster seats.
- Check that booster seat is securely attached to adult chair before each use.
- Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of booster seat without help. Adjust to t snugly.
- Never allow child to push away from table.
- Never lift and carry child in booster seat.
- Stay near and watch your child during use.
- ALWAYS secure BOTH back and seat straps to an adult chair.
- NEVER lift this product with your child in it.
- NEVER leave child unattended and without supervision.
- Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor vehicles.
- NEVER use this product as a car seat or bath seat, on a table or counter top, stool, swivel chair, folding chair, unstable chair or any chair where the straps cannot secure it properly.
- Minimum dimensions of adult chair that the booster seat shall be attached to: Seat width 18 in. and depth 18 in., and the seat backrest height is at least 8 in. tall.
- ALWAYS use product with support insert securely installed, during all modes of use.
- Until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat without help (about 2½ years old), the child should be secured in the booster seat at all times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
- Use this product only with children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
- Check that both the floor and seat of the chair are level before installing the booster seat.
- Prevent finger injury: Keep child away from chair when installing the tray.
- When in booster seat mode, use only feeding tray section and remove activity tray sections.
- Once installed, check the security and position of the booster seat.
- Do not use this booster unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted.
- Discontinue use of the product if damaged, broken, or disassembled.
PREVENT FALLS: ALWAYS USE ADULT CHAIR STRAPS when using product on elevated surfaces as a booster seat.

Assembly

Press the backrest down into the seat base. It will lock into place.
Note: Ensure backrest and seat base are fully connected. Test stability and connection points before use.
Note: Toddlers may not need the support insert. Remove insert from straps if desired. -
Flip the seat over. Insert and fasten the 2 long screws
Note: Bottom front T-straps will be attached prior to first use. To re- attach fabric seat if you need to remove and machine wash it, rethread T-straps through the slots. -
Align the 2 screw holes in the plastic support insert to the those in the front base. Using 2 long screws, attach from the underside of the base.
Helpful Hint : This step may be easiest with the seat flipped over. You may need to pull the fabric back slightly to access the screw holes. -
Thread the three T-straps on the back of the fabric seat into the slots on the backrest.
Note: Pull up to ensure the straps are fully inserted. They should not pull out of the slots. -
Insert the two plastic fasteners on the underside of the fabric seat into the top of the seat frame

Insert the four plastic fasteners into the keyhole slots on the front of the seat frame. Slide fasteners to lock.

Use 4 short screws to assemble the activity tray (F,G,H).

Connect toys (J and L) by inserting them onto the activity tray.

Slide activity tray into track around the backrest.

Connect feeding tray to activity tray.
Note: It may help to place one hand on the back of the activity tray. Pull on all sides of the tray to ensure that it is fully connected. -
Connect the square and triangle sorter toys (K) by threading the T-straps through the slots in the activity tray.
Note: Pull up to ensure the straps are fully inserted. They should not pull out of the slots. -
FINISHED!
Modes of Use
Only use for children who are able to hold their head up unassisted (approximately 4 months of age). Stop using as a Positioner/Support Seat and Activity Seat when child can walk or get in and out of product by themselves (approximately 12 months of age).

Fabric insert supports baby’s waist & back. Use for babies just learning to sit up unassisted.

360º rotating tray allows easy transition between feeding and activity time. Activity tray features shape sorters, track toy with glider beads, spinner ball and key teether.

Use on the floor or on an adult chair (chair straps included).
WARNING: When seat is used on adult chair, use only the feeding tray. Remove the activity tray sections. -

Remove Tray
- Pull the lever beneath the feeding tray to release.
Attach to Adult Chair

Thread the adult chair straps (M) into the slots on the underside of the seat base.
Note: Pull up to ensure the straps are fully inserted. They should not pull out of the slots -
fasten clips around chair back and underneath chair seat!

IMPORTANT: Never use on an adult chair without securely fastening chair straps. Always tighten adult chair straps and test security before use.
Child Restraint
Storing Adult Chair Straps
Once fully assembled, a storage pocket is located underneath the front of the seat. This pocket is used to store the adult chair straps. Coil straps and insert.
Removing Fabric Seat
- Remove the feeding and activity trays.
- Pull up the two fasteners on the underside of the fabric seat by lifting them up and out from the seat base.
- Remove the four fasteners from the keyhole slots on the front of the seat base by sliding out.
- Remove the three T-straps from the slots on the backrest.
- Remove the two T-straps from the slots underneath the seat.
- Remove insert & fabric seat from restraint straps
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Fabric Seat & Support Insert: Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach. Tumble dry, low heat.
- Wipe frame with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Do not use if any components are damaged missing, broken, or disassembled.
