Razor MX125 Controller Module -- warning

CONTROLLER MODULE INSTALLATION
PART # W15118260015

Required Tools: (Not included)

A. Phillips screwdriver
B. 4 mm Allen wrench
C. Cutting pliers

WARNING

CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injuries, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Step 1

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the six (6) screws on the battery cover. There are three (3) on each side.

Step 2

Remove both battery covers and set aside.

Step 3

Using a 4 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the two (2) hex bolts from the battery bracket. Remove the battery to have better access to the controller.Razor MX125 Controller Module -- Using a 4 mm Allen

Step 4

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws that hold the controller to the frame.

Step 5

Cut the zip tie that holds the controller wires together.

Step 6

Locate and disconnect all connnectors from the controller including the blue and red wires that connect to the power switch. Note: Blue (middle silver prong), Red (right silver prong), and Black from charger port (left gold prong).Razor MX125 Controller Module -- Locate and

Step 7

Reverse the procedures to install the new controller module.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
