Tips:
Please Use the Provided Adhesive Tape to Stick the Silicone Strip for Vertical Usage or Use without Silicone Strip for Flat Usage as You Like.

How to Use

Vertical Usage Step1: Open the Charger and Please Use the Provided Adhesive Tape to Stick the Silicone Strip.Step2: Open the Back Vertical Bracket for Stable Support.Step3: Connect One End of the USB-C Cable to Product Power Interface, the Other End to the Power Supply.
Step4: Place the Devices that Needs to be Charged in the Corresponding Position for Charging.

Flat Usage Step1: Open the Charger and Please Use the Provided Adhesive Tape to Stick the Silicone Strip.
Note: You can use without silicone strip for flat usage as you like.Step 2: Please Fold the Bracelet Charging Area up 90 Degrees.Step3: Connect One End of the USB-C Cable to Product Power Interface, the Other End to the Power Supply.
Step4: Place the Devices that Needs to be Charged in the Corresponding Position for Charging.

Cautions

1. Pls use the power supply voltage as specified (AC 100-240V).
2. Please use a mobile phone case with a thickness of less than 4MM.
3. If you need to clean the charger, please make sure it is not connected power supply.
4. Applies to iphone 12 series and above mobile phones perfectly.
5. Wireless foldable charging supports a maximum output of 15W for mobile phones and 7.5W for iphone phones.
6. Due to the magnetic attraction, there may be imprints in the joint area of wireless charger, which can be wiped off with an alcohol cotton pad.
7. It is recommended that uses with the included power adapter and USB-C charging cable for better charging performance.
8. Do not disassemble, repair, modify on your own and do not drop this product.
9. Do not use or store this product in highly humid or moist places, direct sunlight, dense dust, or in high temperatures such as in a car under the sun or near a heater.
10. This product is for indoor use only.
11. Keep out of reach of children.
12. If any abnormality like smoking, odor, deformation, etc. occurs in this product, stop using it immediately.

Trouble Shooting

If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:

1. The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
2. If you’re using an iphone 12 or below version or a other branded phone, please put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone line up with the one inside the wireless charger).
3. Phone cases should be no thicker than 4mm for effective charging.
4. Check whether the adapter is QC3.0/ PD3.0 fast charger.

If you are using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0/ PD3.0 adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, please try following steps:

1. Replacing the cable connecting to your wireless charger.
2. Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.
3. Please feel free to contact our support team for solving problem.
