USER GUIDE
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this Penelope touch lamp.
Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure the safe and
satisfactory operation of this product.
Warnings
Please read these instructions carefully before commencing any work.
For your safety, always switch off the supply before changing lightbulbs,
cleaning, or removing shade. Always take care when handling lightbulbs to
avoid injury in case of breakage.
If the flexible external cable becomes damaged, it should only be replaced by
the manufacturer or suitably qualified person.
This product is Class II (double insulated) and must not be earthed.
This product is Non-Dimmable.

1 x 40W (Max.) E14/ SES Golf ball, or
1 x 28W E14/ SES Eco Halogen Golf ball, or
1 x 7W E14/ SES LED Energy Efficient Golf ball
When changing a bulb, always switch off at the mains and allow the bulb to
cool before handling. Dispose of used bulbs carefully. Do not exceed the rated
power stated or use a different shape bulb from that indicated on the fitting.
Product assembly

Refer to assembly drawings on the page opposite.
Carefully unpack the carton, making sure all the parts are present before
assembly.

To attach the shade remove the shade ring (A) from the threaded body (B).
Place the silicone seal (D) in the center of the indent on the shade (C), and
place the shade over the threaded body.
Holding the shade in place with one hand, screw the shade ring (A) back in
place over the threaded body (B) with gentle pressure, ensuring that the
silicone seal is not distorted.
Adjust the shade if necessary and tighten the shade ring more firmly to secure
the grip.

Fit a recommended bulb. Your light is now ready to use.
The light can be switched on/off by touching the central touchpoint (F).
The direction of the light can be adjusted with knuckle (E).
Metal shade may get hot during use, so you should only adjust the light after
it has been switched off for 10 minutes.
Caring for your product
We recommend cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Do not use abrasive materials as these will damage the finish.
